In iOS 7, Apple added a anti-theft feature called Activation Lock to the Find My iPhone service, which ties your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch with your Apple ID so that your lost or stolen iOS device, cannot be used or restored without the login credentials.
The anti-lock feature has been quite effective, as law enforcement officials in the U.S. reported that the feature has helped in significantly reducing iPhone theft in major cities.

well,if you are stucked in this icloud activation lock ,you can still remove it using this method but the gsm function will be disabled so only wifi and other features will work.this can be done within 10minute.
make sure you have java runtime 32bit for windows installed on your pc or laptop.

THEN FOLLOW THE STEPS
1. Put device into DFU mode
2. Run ssh.jar wait until it says successful
3. Open winSCP
4. Open a new connection
5. Host name: 127.0.0.1
6. Port: 2022
7. Login: root
8. Password: alpine
9. Press the terminal button in winSCP and type: mount.sh
10. Go to /mnt1/var/Applications and right click and delete setup.app
11. Reboot your device
12. Your device will now be in recovery mode, Use Tiny Umbrella to kick it out of recovery
you are done and no icloud lock, but no no service neither. so you can only use WiFi internet and other features and functions on your device.

meron na naka try nito na iphone 4s working pero pag hindi niyo talga na pagana hintay nalang natin si doulci.net 85% malapit na mag open ulit yung site nila

this work for all iphone ipod and other except iphone 5 device
for those complaining about the ss rd, use google to download the latest ss rd if you have newer ios 7 and above installed
Note: that this works on all apple devices except iphone 5.
As far as i know this method will work only on the devices that has a boot ROM exploit.. like A4 devices..
