mga bossing, bigla na lang kasi etong lumabas pag turn on ko sa PC ng customer ko. lahat ng icons sa desktop maging yung sa programs sa start parehas yung lumalabas. pag mag open ako ng system restore yung mp3 ang lalabas. paano kaya to boss?

1. First, click the "Start" button and then click "Computer".
2. Now click "Organize" and then click "Folder and Search Options".
3. Next, please click "View", uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types" and "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)" and check "Show hidden files, folders, and drives". When done, click "OK". (If a warning window appears, click "Yes".)
4. Now click the "Start" button and then type %UserProfile%\Appdata\Local . Once done, press the Enter key on the keyboard.
5. Finally, right click on "IconCache.db" and then click "Delete". Restart your computer, and the issue will be resolved.

Maraming salamat sa reply boss 3 Hundred. After ko nagawa yung instruction na binigya ninyo yung ibang icons bumalik sa dati kaso nga lang yung iba same parin yung icon naka mp3. at kung e try kung e open like for example yung file na nagawa sa MS word yung lalabas is yung mp3. napansin ko din yung extension napalitan instead .doc naging .ink lalo na yung mga shortcut ng chrome, firefox, ms office. maging sa start yung mga menu doon napalitan ng .ink ang extension.

Try mo muna i-system restore sa date bago nangyari yan. ano nga pala Operating System mo?

Try mo itong attachement > rigth click and then merge the restart your pc/laptop.
