INGREDIENTS:
1 can flaked tuna in water
1/4 cup mayo
3/4 cup cheese, shredded
1/2 cup thinly sliced baguio beans
1/4 cup sinkamas thinly sliced
20 lumpia wrapper
1/4 cup tomato catsup
1 cup togue
PROCEDURE:
In a small bowl combine all ingredients except lumpia wrapper.
Divide mixture into 20 and spread over wrappers. Roll.
Seal edges with 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water. Deep fry.
Drain on paper towels. Serve warm with side dip of mayo and tamato catsup.
