lastly your ROM should be SWAP SUPPORTED
first thing first:

---- the partition size depends on you, just make sure na mas malaki ung size ng fat32/fat
A:
1. Install minitool on your computer after you download it.
2. ur sdcard should be inserted to the USB card reader then Put the USB card reader on your PC/Laptop
3. launch the MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition.
--Note: Use this application carefully, you may delete or partition a wrong drive)
. From there your Micro SD card should appear below
4.) To make a partition, delete the partition of the SD Card, by simply right-click on the highlighted/selected partition then click Delete.
5.) As you can see it will turn to unallocated file system, right-click it again, then this time, choose Create.
*Choose FAT32 as your filesystem,
*Create As Primary
* then on Size and Location choose your appropriate capacity.
>>afterwards you’ll able to see the partition filesystem (FAT32).
---NOTE:
For 2GB or smaller capacity of Micro SD card. Choose File System: FAT
For 4GB or bigger capacity of Micro SD card. Choose File System: FAT32
6.) repeat steps 4-5, but this time
*choose EXT2 as file system
* create as Primary
>>>OPTIONAL
Partition size: MIN: 256 MB MAX: 1024MB (1GB)
7.) repaeat again 4-5,
then
* choose Linux swap as ur filesystem
* create as Primary
>>>>OPTIONAL
linuxswap partition size: MIN: 32MB MAX: 1024MB(1GB)
----- all of the 3 partitiona should look like the picture below
9.) When you all done on creating the partitions, its time to make it permanent. To do that, click Apply on the upper left corner on the menu.
Then click Yes to apply to changes.
Wait until it finish, then exit
B:
1.After you attain process A, you need an Android Terminal Emulator
2.Launch Android Terminal Emulator, type the command on the terminal:
a1 type su the enter
a2. type busybox free then press enter key
*As you can see, the swap (linux swap partition) has 0 values on its fields.
b. Type on the terminal: cd /dev/block then press enter key.
....NOTE: when typing cd put space bfore the slash
c. Type: ls then press enter key.
note---If you follow my steps on how to partition Micro SD card via Minitool. then more possible "mmcblk0p3" is ur linux swap partiton
3. If you already determine the linux swap partition, it’s time to mount the swap partition. To do that, you need a following tool, Swapper 2 for Root users
4. Launch the Swapper 2 for Root users after you install it, go to Settings.
**Check/Enable the Run swapper at startup, then Safe Unmount and the Safe Remount
**Go to Advanced preferences, Check/Enable Use swap partition.
**press/tap on Swap partition.type the mmcblk0p3, if its already there just tap ok
5. when settings is done, press back (from Swapper 2 Home page), press ON to turn on swap.
Reboot your Android Device afterwards.
...How to know if it works? Check again on the Android Terminal Emulator, type: su then enter
type again busybox free then enter. You will see that the swap has already loaded/mounted.
