TUT: OPENVPN for android

D ko pa mxado ma gets ang VPN. Akala ko nung una free net. D pala.. hehe.. So anong point pag gumamit ka neto, kung wala ka namang free net, or kung DroidVPN lng (limited na man). Ask lng po.. hehe

with vpn as being mentioned in the first page, it could provide you free internet.

kung i-a-apply natin ang mentalidad o paniniwala ng karamihan, parang ganito sya

rooted android + installed openvpn + a working vpn config + smart sim (data connection) = internet connection

if you are aiming for a free internet then you need to follow the tutorial properly at the first page.
note: use smart sim only, as globe is currently not working for fbt (free browse trick) purposes.

its totally free if you're going to use a free vpn config. but if you're using premium, of course hindi na po sya free kasi you're paying for the config.

ang isang vpn config file na matatawag ay kadalasan binubuo ng tatlong files (.crt, .ovpn, .txt)

free vpn po iyan at pakibasa na lang mabuti kung paano makakuha ng account, may config po sila dyan for android.

lahat po ng vpn config files ay pwedeng gamitin sa openvpn ng anumang android phone basta nasunod po ng maayos ang requirements at buong tutorial na nasa first page ng thread na ito. gibe yourself a time to read and understand the tutorial and i hope just like me na wala rin pong alam sa vpn dati, ay matututunan din ng maayos ang nasa 1st page.

yan din po gamit ko na config dito sa galaxy tab ko.
though meron silang provided free accounts, di naman po sya ppwede na multi-login. sa madaling salita sa bawat free account na naroon, isang user lang po ang pwedeng gumamit. much better to ask the vpn owner for a personal account. working naman po ang mga configs na yan, tcp man o udp.

for better results and faster internet connection through openvpn, make sure that your data connection is H or 3G before connecting.

tama po kayo.
gaya ng binanggit sa 1st page, kailangan po rooted ang phone mo at gagana lang po ang mga vpn configs ninyo kung maayos nyo po na nasunod ang tutorial sa 1st page.

natry mo na po ba i-search yung tun.ko repository thread sa 1st page?
natry mo na rin po ba na gumamit ng tun.ko installer?

Yung tun.ko installer nkuha ko galing sa droidVPN site, pero parang may problema eh. laging loading modules lng xa.
sa xda at google . Na try ko na, kaso pang S5830 lang eh. Baka kasi iba sila sa S5830i.

if none of the two tun modules in that link worked, mag-flash ka na lang po ng cyanogenmod rom dyan sa device mo, siguradong may tun.ko po iyan na built-in at working po.

guys saan ilalagay ung password at usename sa wenVpn??? please help newbie hir huhu

open the notepad (account.txt) included on that config

first it appears like this:

user
pass

remove user and replace it with your username
remove pass and replace it with your password

example: username is symbianize and password is 1234, in the notepad it should appear like this:

symbianize
1234

and save the notepad before closing it.

built in lang po ng cm rom ang gamit ko at wala na pong iba.
search ka na lang po sa playstore na app for text editing or any notepad editor na sa tingin mong pwede.

it should work on all browsers or any app that needs internet connection

at least nagagamit mo na po ngayon

ang mahalaga ay nagagamit mo na po sya ngayon in terms of fbt (free browse trick)
