Have you forgetten your windows password and cant login any admin user?
Konboot doesn't work?
no money to spend for paid softwares like password recovery?
THINGS YOU NEED:
1. RUFUS- To make bootable USB(no need to install)
Download Links:

2. Hirens Boot CD
Download Links
http://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/
Alternative links credits to ts Gunderwind
After downloading lets proceed on making your bootable USB flashdrive
FIRST PART:
1. Extract All files downloaded in one folder.
2. Insert/Plug-in your USB flashdrive (note: backup any important files inside the flashdrive before continuing bec. it will be reformatted after doing the procedure)
3. Open RUFUS and if its asking for update just click NO
follow the steps below:

CONGRATZ! You have an extraordinary usb flashdrive now.
SECOND PART:
1.YOU ARE NOW GOING TO BOOT YOUR COMPUTER.
Make sure to press key during boot to enter setup and enable external
drive boot or else you will not be able to use the usb flashdrive we made.
2. If you are able to boot in USB, Select MINI Windows XP in the Boot Options
3.Follow the following procedures:
CONGRATZ YOU CAN USE YOUR WINDOWS AGAIN

2. Reset password using hiren credits to AvoidErrors
3. To those who will say "Konboot is better and easier" yeah i know that but unfortunately it didnt work for me even the latest version of konboot.
You can use these guide to if konboot does not work for you. Sh*t happens guys we cant say that konboot is working all the time.
