up po ito...need ko din malaman kung paano...para hindi na po ako bibili ng DVD para save yung mga files ko na nasa drive D...

Bossing baka pwede matulungan mo naman ako, Hndi ko kasi alam mag reformat ng laptop ko, Tapos may virus pa kaya pag open ng desktop nagloloko na sya kaya hndi ko na format at nalimutan ko nadin yng password ng administrator, HP Pavillion 15 notebook pc, Windows 10pro po sya. Please help naman sir paindicate po ng maayos yng steps. Maraming maraming salamat po.

Ts pano po gagawin kung ayaw magopen nung laptop.. I mean, no screen display.. Pero may ilaw naman yung switch.. Marereformat pa ba? Salamat po
