• Compatible with many USB peripherals (usb hub, usb ethernet, webcam, mic, etc.)
• Supports HDMI-CEC (control the Android interface using your TV remote)
• Outputs HD Audio quality, 7.1 surround sound, and HDR10 video quality content
• Serves as a Local Media Player (plays most formats, even up to 4K-HEVC@60fps)

Saan ba makakabili ng mga Android TV box such MXQ , Roku , Xtreamer etc. na Meron physical store. Sa Greenhills ba meron mga vendors dun g ansdroid tv boxes?

Maganda ang box na ito para sa mga gustong mag-Google Cast at mag-Ultra HD Netflix streaming.
Google-certified device kasi siya (tulad ng Nexus Player) kaya enabled ang 1080p at 4k-streaming.

Kapag non Google-certified ang device (tulad ng mga China Android TV boxes) hanggang 480p lang ang streaming resolution ng Netflix.


Kung hindi niyo naman kailangan ang mga features na iyon, puwede ka na sa China Android TV Box that outputs 4k and HEVC.
Sa ngayon, wala pang reliable Physical Store/Seller na nagbebenta ng reliable Android TV Boxes sa Pilipinas.

This is cheaper and better than the RemixOS TV Box.

Ano po to TS para bang chrome cast lang? Na kailangan may internet para mai connect and laptop, iphone or android sa tv? Kasi yung chrome cast hdmi lang kailangan at internet eh pwede na mai connect cel or laptop eh....

Kaya lang wala siya ethernet port. Kunin ko na lang yung latest ng Mininix.

Sulit naman kung WiFi 5Ghz or WiFi AC gagamitin, at option naman ang gumamit ng USB Ethernet Port. Personally, I'd use a CDR King USB Hub with Ethernet. The Xiaomi Mi Box is designed to have the most utility and future-proofing at the most reliable price point. But for super basic needs, China generic boxes talaga.

If you're planning on buying a China Box (ex. MiniMXIII, Mini M8S II, etc.), I'd suggest looking for the cheapest one that fits your home theater needs.

Yes and No sir. This has all the functions of the Chrome Cast Ultra, but also has the ability to run other Android apps.


Simply stated:
- Xiaomi Mi Box = Chromecast Ultra + Android Tablet (CPU/GPU)
- Price of Mi Box = Same as Chromecast Ultra

The Chromecast is a simple HDMI-device that has the Google Cast feature, which let's you use your cellphone/tablet to control/launch a stream (YouTube, Netflix, etc.) to your TV. Almost like a wireless Android remote control but with more basic features.


Sa Xiaomi Mi Box, hindi mo kailangang naka-connect sa internet kung manonood ka ng movies o TV shows via USB/HDD. Just plug in the USB and watch like a normal tablet.

Kung connected ka sa internet, you can launch Streaming Services from Netflix (pay-to-watch, up to 4k quality), YouTube (up to 4k quality), Spotify, and Kodi using your TV remote.

And as mentioned earlier, you can use the Google Cast feature that uses your laptop or Android Phone to control and launch videos from YouTube, Netflix, etc. to display them on your TV. And did I mention that this also works with Apple's AirPlay?

Dahil bagong labas pa lang siya sir, sa Walmart na tindahan pa lang ng USA siya available. In a few months time, expect aggressive expansion of product sales.


REMINDERS:

- This box can last you a LONG TIME -- Hindi pa uso sa atin ang 4K-Ultra HD resolution (3840x2160) at HEVC, pero smooth playback na.
- If budget is a concern or you don't need all the extra features, get a cheap Chinese Android TV box (Recommended: S905/S905X CPU).
- This box is complements your LED TV -- Sayang download mo kung not supported ng TV file na na-download. This device plays almost everything.

Sa mga nabasa q kc ung HEVC ay may double compression pero mas optimize ung video quality kaysa 1080p format.

BTW may nakita pa ko na mas mura sa LAZADA, as of now 1.4k lng try nyo mga pre, mas ok ang specs nya

Ok sir. Mas tipid talaga ang generic S905/S905x na TV box kung pang HEVC decoding lang.

Ilalagay ko po sa first page ang mga suggestions niyo para makita rin ng iba ang cheaper alternatives to the Mi Box.

As of now kontento na ko sa mga uncopyrighted HEVC converted video files na nadodownload dito sa symbianize. Pero try ko din ung kodi tsaka netflix kapag naisipan ko hahaha

Agreed. Nagtipid sila sa ethernet port. hehe

Pero saturated na ba yung WiFi Network mo sa bahay? Kung kaunti lang naman WiFi devices, kayang-kaya na yan ng 2.4Ghz..or switch to 5Ghz router..or WiFi AC..or bili ng USB Ethernet.
