rm-rf command is the same as deleting folders manually. The only difference is "rm-rf" is done through Terminal, while the other method is through GUI ("point-and-click").
Problem with GUI method is nagre-respawn ang folders na yun, kaya ideally through Terminal ang dapat na pag-delete.
As far as updates, I won't recommend replacing your N9. Kasi may mga bagong parating na mobile OS na most likely eh puwedeng i-try sa N9:
1. Ubuntu Mobile OS
2. Sailfish OS (Jolla)

Brand new po or second-hand?
Kung second-hand, the answer is yes. Search lang kayo sa mga kilalang buy-and-sell websites, marami niyan. Eto po ang example:

Kung brand new naman, malabo po kayong makakakita na since hindi na po siya mina-manufacture. Makakita man kayo, old stock na po yan (pero hindi naman ibig sabihing old stock eh hindi orig).

meron pa kasi sa website ng nokia philippines then nag pm po ako sa fb page nila merun pa raw po tyaka magkanu po kaya yun 16gb brandnew

Since sa Nokia ninyo mismo nakita, might as well ask them for the price sir. Instead of messaging them through Facebook, tumawag na po kayo derestso para mag-inquire.

Sorry for the delay. Yes po. Ang NITDroid ay considered as "true" or "full" Android din po, tinawag lang po na NITDroid. NIT = Nokia Internet Tablet po. Nagsimula po kasi ang project na ito noong kapanahunan ng N900, kung saan ang N900 (at iba pang mga naunang models nito like the Nokia N800 and N710 ay tinatawag na Nokia Internet Tablet or NIT for short).
I am able to play some HD games like The Sims 3.

Sure thing. Sorry medyo busy kasi sa work, and gamit ko kasi ang N9 ko for daily work kaya medyo hindi ko binubutingting. Pero sige I'll try pag weekends.

mga boss ung mga interested for another n9 unit,may sale po sa SMART outlets in Araneta and Robinson's Galleria for only 6500 pesos. Maybe it is 16gb unit pero sayang. Bukas po yan, one day sale

nalilito ako boss topet ei..wlang video tut step by step...newbie kc ako sa n9 ko..kahit dual boot lang wla kasi complete tut mula sa pag connect sa.pc ei...kahit nitroid ok na pangiy kc meego unti apps..sensya na boss topet ah bobo kc ako sa n9 ko
