pano yung vpn with ubuntu? ginawa ko, inimport ko yung .ovpn ni sir wenz, kaya lang di ko ma-save. tama ba yung ginawa ko? hahaha...

i moved the config files to /etc/openvpn/ and ran it through the terminal but i'm getting a

snip@snip-ubuntu:/etc/openvpn$ sudo openvpn --config "free1.ovpn"
Options error: Bad http-proxy-option or missing parameter: 'WenZVPN-1'
Use --help for more information.

need ba i-edit yung config files ni sir wenz?

wheeeeee.. as suggested by sir jughead from the previous posts, comment lang yung http-proxy-option. load ko muna yung smart, parang naubusan. hahaha..

oo, yan ang ginawa ko para mawala ang error message na ganun... pero sa pldtdsl ko ito napapa connect with no probs... i have not yet tried to use wenzvpn on linux on smarty connection because i have not determined how to unlock the modem i'm using with linux...

Try mo daw gamitan tol jugz ng Smart Pocket WIFI then use OpenVPN lang.

Tutorial: How to eject CD/DVD via terminal

ayaw bang mag eject ng CD/DVD drive nyo may Solution ang Linux dyan...

1. punta sa terminal
2. tapos type mo eject




very powerfull linux comand yan mag e-eject yun cd/dvd mo.. kahit ayaw pa nya... hehehe

note: mas effective to pag naka unmount ka...

Actually you can find more option ng eject na command by doing this
terminal then type this :
man eject

Pwede din naman na hindi kailangan ng command prompt basta naka-install lang ang mga drivers at codecs for DVD.

hello question lang po..im using win7, at sa virtualbox im using linuxmint, kailangan ko pa po ba maginstall ng sa linux ng network adapter para dina dumaan sa win7 pag magnenet ako..para kasing bridge yung connection ng internet ko pag gamit ko si linuxmint..salamat

hindi kasi maread yung wireless card ko..

install mo yung linux -firmware-nonfree or hanapin mo yung firmware ng wireless mo...Google mo then ipasok mo yun doon sa /lib/firmware na folder...

bakit pag install ko to using usb bootable black screen lang? pag ultra iso nmn gnamit ko hanggang dun lang sa system linux etc. any solution? tnx

mga sir pls help naman po,nag try po ako ng ubuntu os na install sa isang partition ng hdd ko po.. pero stuck up sa loading pag start ko na installation ng ubuntu,galing po mismo sa site ng ubuntu yung os. may requirements po pa ang pag install nito sa specs ng laptop? thanks po sa sasagot,newbie lang po sa linux.
