Friend, paki-click yung System->Settings->Administration. Nakita ko sa screenshot mo, may menu na Administration. Pero ang tawag yata dun sa screenshot mo ay "System Administration".

For me, Ubuntu. Pinguy OS is simply a "re-mastered" Ubuntu (or a "remix"), which anyone can do using "remastersys" application. Examples of "remixes" of Ubuntu like Pinguy OS would be EeeBuntu (an Ubuntu remix designed for Asus Eee laptops) and MythBuntu (an Ubuntu remix designed/optimized for using MythTV). There's another called FluxBuntu (which is an Ubuntu remix with FluxBox). AMA Desktop Linux is also based in Ubuntu (a remix of...). Linux Mint is also based in Ubuntu.
But of course, it's not a bad idea to try them out as well.

uy may mythbuntu.. haha.. i've only used ubuntu so far so vote ko goes to it... a friend of mine recommends linux mint though, mas madali daw gamitin and if i remember right, he said no need to download too many stuff for you to be able to do stuff you normally do on windows..

kailangan po namin ng virtual box.. sa subj namin ngayon.. then ang OS daw po AY LINUX.. Ubuntu will do.. san po kaya ako makakahanap ng INstaller ng ubuntu.. pa share naman po kung sino meron sa inyo

And share ko lang din my desktop. hahaha.. kunyari maganda, walang kokontra pinaghirapan ko sumunod ng mga kung ano anong tutorial at kalikot.. ^^
