Ubuntu po, hindi Ubunto.
Puwede pong mag-upgrade. Punta lang kayo sa official website nila para makapagbasa ng instructions kung paano.

^ di naman .. just take the risks na lang .. kaya mas nirerecommend ni boss topet ang fresh install para walang gaanong problema after

may nakapagpagana ba ng harmony hacker sa ubuntu, paturo naman po kung meron
Nabasa ko nang bahagya yung thread dito about Harmony Hacker...based sa kakaunting nabasa ko, pang-Windows siya.

ayos tong ubuntu os. Na try ko nung una mag request ng cd installer sa kanilang site, di ko akalain papadalhan ako. Free! Straight from Netherlands. Nakailang versions rin ako. Di ko lang alam kung meron pa sila ngayon nung free shipment. Meron pa ba?
yeah... nice talaga.. meron din akong original CD ng Ubuntu 10.10. pinadala sa akin...
ngayon wala na.. stop na sila... pero meron pa ata kaso limited na at dun na sa malalapit nila, pde rin naman din tayong magrefer dun sa mga assigned sa places natin..

Sharing it on my blog. Nirefer ako ng sister ko, sabi n'ya there's a local version ng ubuntu community dito.
This is really great, iba talaga pag ubuntu, daming masipag magshare and all. Unlike windows they have to hire people to support their users. haha
This is a good thread to refer to people who ask beginner questions and how tos, No need to sweat out explaining mga kung anik anik, nakakawala ng patience kasi minsan.

I've lost my patience with Windows grr... I just installed my 10.10 ubuntu in my laptop. Now one of the probably many questions I'll be asking in the following days to come (coz I'm new to this one) haha does nokia ovi suite has a linux version released? Or if not, how do I connect to the internet using my nokia phone as modem? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the thread.
Unfortunately there is no Linux version of Nokia PC Suite or Nokia Ovi Suite. However, the reality is that even in Microsoft (Windows) it is not necessary to install Nokia PC Suite or Nokia Ovi Suite to enable using your mobile phone as a modem.
I can give you the instructions but it's off-topic from this thread. In any case it's the same with Linux-based Operating Systems. In the case of Ubuntu, just plug the phone in PC Suite Mode. And then in Network Manager you'll be able to set it up. I think we already have a tutorial here in this thread; just check out Page 1. I combined the instructions for doing this along with UBT/FBT methodologies.

Naku sorry hindi ako gumagamit ng USurf. Pero alam kong may mga gumagamit niyan dito sa thread na ito. Ano ba yan, pang FBT/UBT na VPN ang method? Actually you don't need an external app to use VPN config files; just visit Page 1 of this thread to learn some techniques/steps on how to get FBT with Ubuntu.
Or like my previous response, puwede mong gawin na i-setup ang FBT/UBT sa cellphone mo and then use your cellphone as a modem. Alam ko may tutorial din sa Page 1 ng thread na ito. - Messages

Ultrasurf can run on Ubuntu with the help of wine and some dll files .. I tried it before and it worked ..
