Mga sir, naka windows 7 32 bit ako, more on browser games ako saka flash player games, gagana kaya ito sa ubuntu. noob pa po ako sa ubuntu eh, saka skype and other windows programs, gagana kaya yun sir. saka mas magaan ba siya gamitin kesa sa windows, nag dl ako ng ubuntu 12.04.2 mga sir, sana matulungan nyo ako. eto specs ng laptop ko mga ts

Magagawa mo yan lahat sa ubuntu (mga games), yung skype meron din nyan pang ubuntu. Anong programs pa ba tinutukoy mo? And yes, mas mabilis sa ubuntu compared sa Windows.

eto na sir naka ubuntu na ako walang pagaalinlangan nag install :D ooVoo skype torrent :D mga ganyan sir, pwde po ba malaman paano

Skype google mo na lang yung para sa ubuntu, meron yun, offline installer pa, .deb, tapos sa torrent sa ubuntu software center hanap ka, pero meron na kasing default ang ubuntu, search mo dyan sa laptop mo ang transmission. Para naman sa ooVoo, eto ang nahanap kong sagot http://askubuntu.com/questions/284881/how-to-install-oovoo-on-ubuntu-12-04-64-bit

Okay naman, pero sa personal experience ko, syempre huwag asahan na kaya nyang irun lahat ng mga software mo sa Windows. :D

pag naka linux ka forget the apps of windows . Dahil kahit walang windows apps linux is much much better than window. Try to learn the linuxian ways..

the more you get along with linux the more you hate window ganoon ka ganda yung linux....

just find a window alternative for linux. i google mo lang . its more better to use pure linux apps on linux kasi ma maximize yung performance..

kung hindi mo miiwanan si window mag dual boot ka..

"Waiting for beacon"

...it literally means what it says. Naghihintay siya. One usual reason is mahina or walang signal na masagap. See here: http://code.google.com/p/reaver-wps/issues/detail?id=152

ask po ako ulit if maka encounter ng prob on the way.. ty ulit sir..

hindi ko kinaya sir ung Linux :(( d ko alam bakit :/ puro codes d ko maintindihan kapag nag iinstall ako ng apps, sorry sir :(

Ganyan din first use mo sa windows wala kang alam. Walang nabubuhay sa mundo na alam kaagad ang lahat we all start from nothing. Ipinanganak tayo na walang damit nakahubad tayo dahil that's the natural flow of life we all start from nothing..

Pag tiagaan mo ang linux if you really interested it. Kahit anong mixed up mo with window application to linux sa huli you prefer to use pure linux apps on it...

try to start with linux mint or ubuntu for starting meron namang GUI(GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE or forms and buttons). Parang window lang yun..

About installing software mas easy yung linux compare to windows. gamitin mo yung software manager yan...Hindi na kailangan maghanap pa sa web almost everything na apps nan doon na sa repositories ng linux all you have to do is select it and install..

Ito yung sample na mga advantages using linux
1.No need to install anti virus(which causes slow startup on windows dahil you have to start it during startup).
2.libre walang bayad lahat ng apps na kakailanganin mo to run a usable OS.
3.marami paaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

try mo yung tokbox oovoo alternative for linux

I'd used skype before with crunchbang linux ayos walang problema sa linux yan.. Hindi kasi ako mahilig video chatting i prefer yung text chatting.

ano bang version ng ubuntu ang maganda? newbie kasi ako sa ubuntu so far ang prefered ko

gamitin yung UBUNTU 12.04 LTS precise pangolin, pero meron na UBUNTU 13 at meron pa yata

linux mint saan ba maganda magstart pag newbie?

Pag medyo mabagal yung cinammon try yung mint mate edition. Sa support its just the same with ubuntu kasi ubuntu base ang mint except mint debian(LMDE)...

Sa akin i'm expermenting low end hardware which is a 10" netbook samsung 2G RAM CPU N2100 @ 1.60GHz.. Currently im using wattos back to back with lubuntu..So far lumlipad sa bilis lightweight kasi yung OSs ko...
