been using linux bayanihan, nag raid kasi ung microsoft sa skul,

nag try kami ng ubuntu and mandrake, sobrang hirap as in

balik sa stone age, ung byanihan at least mdyo user frndly

xa, d pa maxado na filter mga sub apps nya kc open

source pla

just installed the new ubuntu jaunty (before I had the intrepid) and it's got better and always have 24/7 community support it is one closest thing to windows =)

tried the new ext4 file system...cool

meron naman counterpart na software ang MicrosoftOffice, yun yung OpenOffice.. para sa mga games, though yung mga graphic-intensive ay di pa ported, or kung gusto mo talaga ng Micosoft Office, pwede ka naman gumamit ng WINE.. not really an emulator pero parang ganun na din..

OpenOffice bundled na yan pag install, games konti lng lalo n yung mga online...khit crossover or playonlinux konti lng games di pa mga kilala sa mga net cafe...

Been using ubuntu and fedora for few months wla lng try2 ng ibang OS.ok naman.
btw maganda ung mga effects nyu ha try ko nga.

ah ganun ba .... maganda tlga ung linux platform... kahit opensource... ok na ok sya... yan kasi ginagamit namin sa school.. fedora... jan kami nagpprogra ng java at nag shell scripting at nagbblock ng mga website like friendster sa school... hehe.. gamit SQUID... nakakamis ang college years...hehe...

anyway... Linux is a great operating system... kasi madami ng gumagamit nito para sa security and sympre wala nga nmn bayad to kasi open source... tom upload ko ung Ubuntu server na ebook.. very helpful un

ok tlg ubuntu lalo na di tinatablan ng virus ... all you need is to updte the sofwer wich is free
at ubuntu is for advance user ang windows xp,vista pang amature for me ..

sakin lang yun no offense dahil di kaya gamitin ng mga newbie ang ubuntu lalo na pag dating sa pag instal ng program my mga commond promp

so far ubuntu parin ang pinaka malupit na o.s para sakin
