Repair Inquiry Unlocking Pin Code for Huawei Nova 2 Lite

Hi,

Can someone help me? I can't unlock my Huawei Nova 2 Lite because it's asking for my PIN CODE. I entered it, but it's no longer accepted. I don't know what to do. Even my fingerprint is no longer recognized.

It's giving me a message saying, "Password required after you restart your device. Some features are disabled for security."

I can't hard reset it because I have a very important file in the device.

Plug your phone to the computer and copy all the files. Then you can hard reset after the copy.
