"Undetermined error while formatting" error message is almost always a hardware problem and I'm not just talking about the flashdrive itself, it could be anything. Natry mo na ba diskpart TS? You can clean the flashdrive(s) first using diskpart, then try mo ulit format.

Try ko, sir now. Diskpart ko using cmd and format ko na rin. Then rekta ko sa rufus. Now na try ko mga mababang version ng rufus ayaw parin. Orig flashdrive na rin ginamit ko ganon parin. Di naman siguro sira mga usb slot ko. At di naman siguro sira mga o.s na na download ko maraming feedback sa mobalarian na working yung o.s :<

Meron akong tutorial sa YTC lantaw tv.
Sa palagay ko yung naging problem jan yung ISO file mo kung bootable ba sya talaga.
Dagdag mo pa yung di authentic na usb flash drive.
Kung mgfflash ka sa desktop computer.sa likod ng cpu mo ilagay wag sa harap.sana makatulong.
Pwede ka kumuha ng untouched version ng os na gusto mo directa sa microsoft.
