vicidial/ goautodial voip server.. open natin to

^Ung pdf ba? Installation ng asterisk lang un.

First try to run this command

/etc/init.d/asterisk start
/etc/init.d/dahdi start
/etc/init.d/mysql start

then run asterisk -vvvvvr

then try to login in again s vicidial
yung hung up pag answer me possible because or sip.conf settings or entry mo po or phone settings

pero try mo po muna ma open ang asterisk cli pr makuha natin ang error.

sir, bka po pwd makuha kontak number mo, naputulan kasi kami ng internet kaya madalang na ako makapag open dto sa symb.. thanks. please..:pray:
 
Sir ask lang po may na set up na po akong Asterisk VOIP server but problem ko is hindi ako maka inbound and outbound call, gamit ko po ay Linksys VOIP for OLD telephone SPA-3102, yung inbound call ko ay mag ri-ring po kason gusto ko sa local extension na pino point ko, sample this is the PLDT tel number 122-2343 dapat po e transfer nya sa local ko na 709, ano po ang dapat kung gawin sa inbound and outbound call ko plese lang! wait for the reply!

Click apply at the bottom part tapos po make sure that the phone with that ext is active then do a test call. Sa outbound po may I know kung ano po yung naririnig ninyo s line everytime you dialled out and if you can show the CLI output.

Question po how did you install the Vicidial? Scratch install or through the prebuild .iso?

ok na sir, iso po gamit ko.. ung update lang pla my problema. hnd ko na xa inupdate, zypper up -y....

sir, eto po pinaka malaking problem ko. bakit hnd po ako makapag set ng port forward sa pldt biz kahit static ang IP nya. tapos ngtry po ako sa router ng port forward, hnd ko naman maipasok si WAN connection

PLDT BIZ ----> router(set port forward) ----> vicibox...

ganun po ba kahirap kay pldt Biz?
bka naman my settings kau jan para sa pldt Biz kung pano mga ka symb.. thanks

TS para maka siguro ka na okey yung port mo na port forward try mo gumamit ng port scanner if open ba o closed! or gumamit ka ng UTM at lahat ng connection mo sa PLDT BIZ mo ilagay mo sa UTM mo or if naka PPPoe Account ka don mo Ilagay ang account sa UTM para yung PLDT Biz mo is Bridge nalang!

Sir pa check po dial plan mo sa outbound.. may ali yan...
 
What country po ba and dinadial nyo? Possible po b na maipost nyo yung dial plan nyo for us to check?
kung US po try this number 1 855-214-9288 kung UK 44 20 7486 5800 kung Australia 61 2-9256-1234

Number po ng hotel yan pang test call para sure that the numbers are working.

can you try to run this (again)

/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl

Sometimes the new ip wont get updated ,even after running the IP update script. or db get updated with some funcky letters instead of ip (like localhost,a]b]d],127.0.0.1:mask2

run the below command to force the new ip to update in db

/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl --old-server_ip=oldipaddress

enter your new ip when it prompts for new ip.

if none of this work please post the error again and kung merong cli activity paki post n rin po

sir ano po ba mga requirements para maka pag voip? bukod sa software at sa dialer ano pa po ba?
 
Mga ka symb, ask ko lang kung meron kau installer ng vicibox ng ganitong version. Kailangan ko lang.
