sir ano po ba mga requirements para maka pag voip? bukod sa software at sa dialer ano pa po ba?

internet speed po kung ikaw lng mag isa ok n ang 1mbps pero kung mag setsetup k ng small center min. of 6mbps for ordinary dsl with 5-7 users for fiber with sdsl 3mbps for 10 agents (pero it depends din s codec n gamit ng voip) saka VOIP account where you can check telegate or novanet or airspring for VOIP service.

we have 8mb leased-line + 100mbps fiber for browsing.

May I know what vicidial/asterisk version you are using?
Network setup? (include the serve setup if it is multi server or single server etc)

Ganito po ang setup n possible na gawin mo po kung single server k po


modem ----- router ---- Vicidial Server ---(switch)--- PC/Workstations

Since nkastatic k you can setup your router to be a dhcp server then connect mo yung Vicidial server s router then you can assign the ip for your server then set that ip to static yung mga pc mo connect mo s switch na connected s router. You can set port forwarding sa router mo po if needed ng Voip and setting the port forwarding is depende n po s router mo you can read the specific manual for your router. No need for you to add more NIC or lan card. Then if you want your Server to be access outside your network you can port forward port 80 to your Vicidial Server LAN IP

1. Medyo malawak yung tanong how to use Vicidial you can search it on youtube. Alternate Im not user kung aware kayos OSdial, ICTDialer GoAutoDial
2. campaigns set it to ratio then create new leads then load new leads.
3. xlsx,xls, odf and csv but I prefer using xls and csv

1. Vicidial/Asterisk tutorial
2. Basic Voip Guide
3. Softphones you can check zoiper or bria/eyebeam
4. For Telco You can check Telegate kung Australia ang location ng tatawagan mo or Novanet kung US pero kung gusto mo ng tipid you can check xcast or apn

Sa ngayon yan po ang mga ilan lng sa kailangan mo. PAg may tanong k po just post here or dun sa isang thread about vicidial

depende po sa plan ng voip provider, meron po n prepaid or meron pong per use yung iba unlimited but mataas ang fee.

Mga sir after step 4. for telco...isasalpak nlng po ba yung telco cable sa likod ng pbx/vicidial?..or may need pa po iconfigure duon sa loob ng server para mapagana siya?...thanks for the help po...

The telco will give you the information na need mo po ilagay se Carrier settings ng vicidial mo po.

Kung app meron mga software phones pero kung service wl ako mirerecomend liban sa skype googletalk or yung common apps to make calls pero kung sip trunking malabo.. or you can try whatscall n android apps

guys mejo matagal n itong thread pero gusto ko po sana i up po ito . baguhan lang po ako sa pag gamit nito .. bigla po kc di ko na ma access ung root ko .. log user=root pass=vicidial .. bigla na lang po nag access denied kapag nilalagay ko n ung password .. ngaun ang tanong ko po . pano ko po ulit mapapasok ung ssh ko or ung vicibox ko kung di ko maopen log in name at pass ko .. pa help po ako
