mga sir patulong naman po paano ko hard reset phone ko VIVo v15 natry ko na yung hard reset kaya lang nanghihing ng password sa restore all settings pati sa clear all data.. nakalimutan kasi ng kapatid ko eh.. kada try niya password 500 seconds na lumalabas.. sana matulungan nyo ko. natry ko magDL ng android tools di naman po makonek yung usb sa phone para madetect ng pc. salamat po.

Install mo nalang stock rom ng Vivo mo using AFTool, hanap ka nalang kay google. Huwag mo kalimutan USB Driver ng cellphone mo para madetect ni AFTool. GL Boss
