check mo sa disk management, baka kasi need mo pa format yun or gawa ng new simple drive
you can check it thru bois set-up. para malaman mo kung working ba ang hdd mo.
minsan kasi sa pag set-up sa bios ang problema kaya walang hdd naka detect.
basta nasa tama ang first bot and second bot. wala problema yan.

Isa lang partition mu for sure. dapat makita mu yan sa diskmanagement kung may iba pang partition dyn palang kita mu na yan. kung may nakita ka namn ibang partition ibang sabihin naka hide yan. o kaya mag shrink volume ka para maging dalawa local drive mu..

ikaw lang makaka tulong sa problema mo. ito payo ko sau try research sa youtube how to format laptop or pc using bootable usb. para hindi ka mahirapan sa problema.
i think wala sata problema. basi sa troubleshoot na sinabi mo malamang sa pag set-up sa bois sa first bot and second bot. tapos try mo press f9 may mag popup diyan na pagpipilian then choice usb bootable. then ready to starting to format yan.

Question lang. May 2 physical hdd or ssd ka ba?
screenshot of disk management will be helpful sa tutulong.
>determine kung may 2 physical drive ka ba.
kung meron check bios kung nareread iyong dalawa
at kung naallocate na iyong disk ng second drive mo.
kung wala it means naka partition ka lang dati. check mo kung naallocate pa second parttition or nakagawa ka na ng partition.
if first time mo mag reinstall ng windows 7 or higher, yun makikita during installation ay disk 0, disk 1 depende sa partitioning ng old windows at hindi local disk c or d. makikita mo lang yun local disk pag nainstall na yun windows, also meron option yan na new, format, delete at extend para mag create ng partition at magiging local disk yan pag natapos ang installation. makikita mo lang ang options na yan kung bootable installer gamit mo pero kung ni-run mo yun installer habang nakaandar ang windows ay hindi lalabas yan mga option na yan...
