what are your categories when considering "the best"? 
i would rather recommend na basahin mo ang compatibility list ng motherboard mo sa RAM. kung wala sa manual, meron yan online.
kasi kahit bumili ka ng 4200mhz ddr4 ram with rgb, eh di naman supported ng motherboard mo... wala rin
