Hi guys. Share ko lng ung sken. I just came back from UAE(dubai) and decided to stay here with my family. I'm earning 60k monthly sa dubai as project coordinator for Security system(CCTV & Access control system). I decided to for good here @ ph kase nagwowork nmn si misis at she's earning 50k monthly. ang work ko tlaga d2 sa pinas bago ako umalis papuntang dubai is SYSTEM ADMIN/DB ADMIN sa isang BPO company earning 27k monthly. Ngaun nghanap ako ng work ulit d2 sa pinas pero nawala ung confidence ko for my IT career path kase mejo nalihis ang experience ko sa abroad for almost 4 yrs.

But ngaun meron nagoffer saken d2 sa isang company sa makati. as an IT staff actually kakastart ko lng for 1 week. ang sahod ko d2 is 50k kaso mejo naffrustrate ako kase d to ung inexpect ko na it staff hehe. ang IT kase d2 is all around. like nagpapalit dn kame ng ilaw and naglilinis ng AC. and ang pasok nmn is 6 days a week. for it works namn sobrang basic lng like desktop trouble shoot lng pero sobrang bihira at madalas ang idle time or tunga nga moments. bawal nmn mag browse or fb or youtube so anong gagawin for the whole day hehe.

mejo confuse lng ako kase gusto ko padn mag prosper ung it career ko. pero mejo confuse ako dhil bka naggng selfish ako dahil mas gusto ko ung IT career path na gusto ko pero d ganun kalake ung sahod kesa d2 na ok ang sahod pero d na magkakaroon ng career growth dahil sa ganto lng everyday walang new knowledge.

pasensya na mga sir mejo mahaba at d2 ko lng nailabas kase d ko maopen ke misis kase baka ispn nya na d ko iniisp ang family nmn at mas iniisp ko pa ang career ko hehe.

50k as an IT STAFF?!?!? San yan boss? Kung ako sayo if di ka contented, pumasok ka ng training and seminars since sabi mo nga nalihis ka sa field of IT. Habang nag hahanap ng ibang trabaho.

Ako nga SysAdmin din, sweldo ko 20k+ lang all around na un :|

pero nung unang pasok ko pa lang sa pagkatechnician ay may sahud akong P4k/month lng at wala kahit anong ibang sideline at business year 2012 yun.. nagtyaga lng at nagsanay... nagtiwala na rin sa mga kaibigang technician dn na lalaki lng ang kita kung may mkakakila na sa akin.

Field engineer sa isang systems integrator. 1 year pa lang sa work this october.3rd company ko na, 1 year per company, total work years is 3 years, so every year lumilipat ako pero now, i decided to stay here sa present a little longer mga 3 years... since compared sa first 2 jobs ko maliit ang bigayan (biggest telco pa ung napasukan kong isa pero ang sahod 16k lang, regular emplkoyee pa ko non.)

Sir gamitin mo yan para makaipon at kumuha ka ng certificate para hnd masayang yan. tas pag patay oras aral ka kung anu gusto mong pasukan sa IT .
