ano ba specs or brand model ng laptop ts? kung ganyan nangyayari gamit ang media player ng win10 ay maraming causes yan, isa yun kinukulang na yun resources as in 100% cpu usage or maraming naka open na application, kulang sa ram, or malapit na mapuno ang storage or video codec problem. malakas kumain ng resources ang media player kaya try mo gumamit ng vlc media player, makatulong rin mag install ng shark video codec, close unncessary apps na naka open, stop mo rin antivirus scanning and windows update
