I will make it simple, kaya do some research kung hindi ninyo maintindihan. Sa ngayon, ayoko ko muna i-release ang automated refund.
TAKE NOTE: THIS IS GOOD FOR ONE-TIME TRANSACTION ONLY
What You Need?
1. Gmail Account 1 - Set it up as your Primary Account (This account must be clean from any transaction or You can have atleast one valid purchase)
2. Gmail Account 2 - Set it up as your Secondary Account (COC Account)
3. Payment Method: Credit Card/Debit Card/(Visa or MasterCard), Prepaid Load, Postpaid Globe/Smart
4. Denomination - Peso
How?
STEP 1 - SETUP PAYMENT METHOD
1. Open Web Browser and Login Gmail Account 1
2. Go to wallet.google.com and setup your payment method. If you are using postpaid/prepaid no need to go to this site
3. Setup your address and phone number must be the same. HIGH RISK FREE = (+Google Address) + (Wallet Google Address and Payment Method Address) + (Location Map)
STEP 2 - SETUP YOU COC BASE
1. Remove all Gmail Account in your phone
2. Clear Catche on your (Google Play Store, Google Play, Google Framework)
3. Restart your Phone
4. Login Gmail Account 1
5. Login Gmail Account 2
6. Load your COC Base
7. Remove Gmail Account 2
STEP 3 - MAKE A PURCHASE
1. Open COC Base
2. Purchase the 14K gem using your Gmail Account 1
Take Note: If this is your first time to make an in-app purchase, it is normal that you will received a High Risk Error even if your Gmail Account 1 is New or Old Account. So if you received a High Risk Error, then you have to stop this process. You have to wait for 4 days before trying again.
1. Do not make any changes in your Gmail Account 1.
2. Do not remove your payment method.
STEP 4 - REFUND METHOD
1.) Login to play.google.com
2.) Ask for a Refund
3.) Think of a valid reason why you deserve a refund. Don't forget to include in you statement that "You will not make any request for refund ever again".
4.) Then wait for their reply, I'm sure they will grant your request for a refund depending on your reason. But if it is your first time, 99% it will be refunded.
5.) You can also try to request for a call from a customer service representative, but you have to be ready on your nosebleeding session lol. But if you are proficient in speaking english language then this is the most effective and efficient way to get an instant refund.
In my opinion, there is a high probability of getting the refund if you will use email request. In that case, you can think about much better reason on why you deserve a refund. Just saying.
Take Note: Patience is a Virtue, so just wait for their reply. Understand?
