Una sa lahat, welcome po kayo sa thread ng mga food lovers.
Ginawa ko po etong thread na to para mas lalong matugunan ang mga katanungan tungkol sa pagluluto o pagpeprepare ng food at salamat narin sa mga threads dito na previously ng nakapost..
Hands down ako sainyu mga ate at kuya - ma'am at sirs..
So simulan muna natin sa pagpapakilala..
The Thread Starter:
Mharc ang palayaw ko, isa akong hamak na kusinero lamang sa isang di kilalang hotel dito sa cebu. I've been working for almost 5 years in different restaurants and hotels.
Hindi ko parin masasabing magaling na ako mangusina since ang sinusunod kong prinsipyo is "everyday is learning"..
It's just, I love cooking and passion ko na talaga magluto.. So un lang muna..
The Questions:
Q1: What do you expect from this thread?.
A1: Uhm, sasagutin ko mga questions nyo about food.. Anything about food..
Q2: Anu ang specialty mo?.
A2: Wala naman, kadalasan main courses or entrees ang niluluto ko.. And a little knowledge narin sa pastries..
Q3: Anung maasahan ng mga readers sa thread na ito?.
A3: Ah eh, unang una sa lahat - pinopost ko lamang yung mga pagkain or recipe na nailuto ko na personally, in short hindi po copy-paste yan na galing sa mga recipe websites or kung anu pa yan. Pinagmamalaki ko ring original lahat ng mga recipe na nakapost dito at nakakasigurado akong masarap ito pag ito'y nailuto at naihain nyo na. Yun lamang po.
Paalala!:
• Pwede rin po kayung sumali at magpost ng kuro-kuro about sa food at kung anu anu pa..
• Hindi lang recipes ang ipopost ko dito, kasama na rin yung mga techniques at kung anu anu pa na kailangang malaman ng isang kusinero..
• Ang mga recipe na ipopost ko ay bersyon ko lamang.. Mas pinasimple ko pa para di mahirapan yung iba sa pagpeprepare ng food..
• Di rin ako naglalagay ng quantity or amount sa kadahilanang iba-iba ang panlasa natin.. Nasa sainyu narin yun kung ilan ang ilalagay nyo.. May pointers rin naman akong ilalagay sa bawat recipe na ipopost ko..
• Maluwag kong tinatanggap ang inyung suhestyon at kritisismo..
• At lagi pong tatandaan:
