Boss, pano yan? Kasi nakita ko na yung yellow mascot kaso di pa rin gumana. . . After nung mascot, may isdang lumabas then bumalik dun sa google account etc. . . Pinindot ko naman yung volume+power. . . Wala talaga. . Help naman boss. .

Sir, tinry ko po mag root ng kata t1, using ICS root,, unfortunately , nag rerestart po ung tablet, up to the point na nag soft brick po sya.. so far naman po parang sakin lang to nangyare XD. . naayos ko naman po using system recovery.. 2 beses ko po sya tinry ,, kala ko tyamba lang ung una... anu po gagawin ? gusto ko pa rin po kasi sya i root...

Sir paano mo po ginawa yung system recovery? thanks..

Guys may nakapagpagana ba ng Wild Blood sa T1? Lagi kasi force close sa akin..nasundan ko naman ng tama yung instructions pero ganun pa rin..incompatible daw sa T1 yung game ayon sa google play..thanks!!!

hi guys,

eto run-down on how to root. (will try to post detailed instructions soon).

1. enable debug-mode in settings ng minitab 7 (make sure hindi pa naka-connect thru usb si kata sa pc)

2. download pdanet client for android and pc (to gain drivers for pc to recognize the tablet)

3. install adb (android debug bridge), embed in command prompt

C:\adb devices

if lumabas yung series of numbers it means may communication na pc at tablet

4. download unlockroot. (32 or 64 bit versions as per your PC's architecture). install syempre. and open the application.

5. click the big "ROOT" button. ^_^

6. it will show minitab 7. wait for your kata to restart

7. enjoy a rooted tablet. ^_^


note: i am using windows 8 as my main PC OS. i am not sure if xp, vista, or 7 will yield the same effects.

kung ayaw mag-install ng adb, unlockroot, or pdanet sa pc nyo, try the following:

1. make sure you are logged in as an administrator.

2. go to boot up type selection (F8 at start up) and select disable driver signature enforcement check.

i am not sure if this is allowed, but you could check this for proof of what my rooted kata minitab 7 can do:

sir, sinundan mo lang ba yung guide sa taas? kasi ganun ginagawa ko kaso di madetect yung T1 pag nag "adb devices" na ako. nadedetect lang yung T1 pag naka recovery. isa pang napansin ko sa unlock root, lagi prompt yung install drivers.pag click ko ng ok umuulit lang..any help on this? thanks.

UnlockRoot didn't work for me, I downloaded Android Root 1.0 ICS Root unlocker.Worked like charm, copy to C:

right click ICS_Root_Unlocker.bat run as admin

then just follow the prompt

I'm using windows 8 - I installed pdanet both on tablet and desktop

I uploaded the one I used

At last, na-root ko na rin ang kata minitab7 ko. Natagalan kasi ayaw gumana ng pdanet sa XP ko. I mean, hindi magkita ang pc at tablet ko... nag-e-error... HTC ekek error (edit ko na lang ito pag nakuha ko ulit yung exact err msg). Kaya nanghiram na lang ako ng netbook na win7 sa pinsan ko.

Gumana sa win7 ang pdanet. Hindi na ko nag-install ng adb. Unlockroot naman ang hindi gumana. Install driver (yes/no) ang nalabas na window. Kahit ano isagot ko ayaw pa rin ... install driver pa rin. (Parehas kami ng na-experience ni mr greyhound) Kaya yung kay mr adcmark naman ang sinundan ko. Yun ang ginamit kong pang-root.

Nag-error din nung una... dahil siguro nakakabit pa yung tablet sa netbook at kakatapos ko pa lang magka-error sa unlockroot. Kaya dinis-connect ko muna... then connected the tablet via usb cable... turned on pdanet on tablet and on netbook to establish connection. Tapos takbo ko ulit yung unroot program. Natapos naman, kaya lang walang abiso na rooted na minitab7 ko. Inulit ko irun... nakatatlo yata ako pero clueless pa rin. Ni-run ko tuloy ulit yung unlockroot ... pag click ko ng root button, ang sabi rooted na raw tablet ko.

nag-restart din yung minitab7 ko habang niru-root ko using ICS_root_unlocker.bat pero di naman nagka-problema. (wala lang, nabanggit ko lang... to document lang my experience sa pag-root.)

yung instructions po nina mr pierrie at mr adcmark pwede po sa minitab7 at T1. marami na rin po ang nakapag-root successfully using the combined instructions. wala pa yatang gumamit ng SuperOneClick dito, wala pa kasing feedback.

ganito sa minitab7 (di ko sure kung same lang sa T1):
1) turn-off your tablet.
2) press power-on button and volume down button nang sabay... then, lalabas ang isda.
3) press ulit sabay ang power-on at volume down buttons... lalabas si android na may naka-triangle na exclamation point sa bandang kaliwa ng ulunan nya.
4) press power-on at volume up sabay pa rin... lalabas na yung Recovery System menu.

ganito hitsura ng menu:

then balik sa menu. syempre, reboot system now na ang ira-run. yun na po ang system recovery.

ngayon, ang epekto sa kin ay .... nawala ang root ko.... waah!!! magru-root na naman ako (kamot ulo). ni-run ko kasi titanium backup kaya ko nalaman na wala na ko root access.

parang chess pala yan, walang goma. pagkapili ng option, takbo agad... restore agad... di man lang nagtanong ng "are you sure (y/n)" huhuhu... uulit na naman ako.

question naman po sa nakapag-root na diyan: nakapag-NAND droid backup na po ba kayo? wala pa daw CWM Recovery para sa minitab7 ee. Sinubukan ko kasi ROM Manager, nainstall ko naman. kaya lang yung flash cwm recovery hindi gumana kasi walang version para sa minitab7. baka may magaling sa ubuntu dyan at makapag-build ng cwm para sa kata natin. ty

sir may hawak ako ngayon na Kata mini tab 7 Ginger bread 2.3.1 os nya..gusto ko sana e upgrade sa ICE Cream Sandwich ICS 4.0.3 pero wala ko makita yun kc Requirement para maka play ako ng NBA 2K13 eh..salamat sa inyong sasagot at mga karagdagang katanungan na dadating..

my minitab 7 has all three plugins/drivers installed.

nainstall ko naman successfully yung cf3d driver at 3 plugins... hindi ko lang alam gamitin... tapos, in-uninstall ko at ininstall ko ulit (walang magawa hehe). tapos nun hindi na gumana, di ko na mabuksan cf3d, at yung ibang apps (like opera), mabuksan man nagko-close din agad.

kaya nag-system recovery ulit ako... unrooted na naman tab ko... e di nilubos ko na, nag-factory reset na rin ako... parang bago na ulit.

napansin ko lang... yung rk.launcher na stock launcher ng minitab7, pag bagong boot, hindi nya madisplay ng tama ang icons ng mga apps na naka-install sa sdcard (yung naka-install sa phone ok lang)... kaya nire-reset ko lagi ang rk.launcher. madalas din mag-forced close ang rk.launcher, akala ko dahil sa mga pinag-iiinstall kong mga apps, pero kahit nung nag-factory reset na ko, ganun pa rin. my solution: i used a different launcher... ngayon smooth na.

mga sir pano po yung sa pag root ng T1 so far di ko po mainstallan siya ng PDAnet, according to google play hindi daw compatible

New member here. Bought my Kata T1 nung October. Ever since binili ko di ko pa nagamit ng matino.

First unit: After 7 days of using may bright pixel. Dinala ko sa Kata at pinalitan naman nila agad ng new unit.

Second unit: After 10 days isa-isang nagloko ang mga apps. Force closed o di kaya di bubukas o magf-freeze. Tried doing the factory restore option inside Settings pero after the restoration lalong lumala. Di na ako makapag-install ng apps. Freeze agad after installing 2nd app. Mga 3 times ko yata ni-restore sa loob ng Settings with the same results. Tried the volume down (-) and the power button pero after nung Linux logo, lumabas yung Android logo na nakahiga with an exclamation point in a triangle. May gagawin pa bang iba after this? Kapag pinabayaan ko lang sa point na ito, lalabas na yung isda then to the main screen. Pero ganun pa rin problema.

Experience ko with my first unit kapag volume down and power derecho agad dun sa Android logo na parang may atom symbol sa katawan tapos marerestore back to factory settings.

Dinala ko uli sa Kata last week. Tinawagan nila ako kanina sabi ok na raw and pwede na claim. Akala ko naman inayos nila. Yun pala papalitan din ng new unit. Tried volume down and power dun sa bagong unit ganun pa rin. Tinanong ko yung parang manager nilang babae dun pero di rin nila alam ano gagawin. Pati yung MIS nila nakausap ko na di rin alam gagawin.

Baka may nakakaalam sa solution dito patulong naman po. May gagawin pa ba after volume down and power (Android logo na nakahiga)?

Ayoko sana ibalik for refund ito. Gusto ko yung build quality and specs ng T1. BTW, para sa mother ko yung unit. Newbie ako sa Android.

Got my T1 last Nov.04... so far so great for me.
I've tried the HDMI port and it works like a charm.
Only question is, how will i enable mirroring for the display?
The screen on T1 goes blank when HDMI is connected. Is there a way that we can make mirroring possible?

Hi. Press power + volume up again after you see the android mascot with a triangle with an exclamation inside. You will be brought to the recovery menu.

Hello,

While running po kasi yung ICS root unlocker eh bigla po nagrerestart yung t1 ko, then may message po sa batch file na error device not found.

Installed naman po yung pdanet, enabled naman po ang usb debugging, kasi pag nirurun ko po yung adb devices na command eh nadedetect naman po, may series of numbers akong nakikita, so ibig sabihin eh detected ng pc as per previous posts.

sir,ganan dn ang na-encounter ko while rooting my T1. once i open ics root unlocker, restart agad T1 ko while the unlocker prompted 2 "press any key to continue". wg muna press any key, jst w8 4 d tab to restart and get connected to pc. pg-mgkakilala n ulit cla, press any key n. c tab will restart agen..d unlocker prompted to press any key. makikita mo tab n totally black screen, wla c fish logo. f dt so..press any key n. the program will b directed and finished with "press any key to continue" n ulit' boom! done and enjoy ur rooted kata t1..goodluck!

to check kung rooted n ang tab nyo..download en install d root checker app on ur tab. launch d app and tap the "verify root access".. u will b asked to provide the superuser permission,tap d "allow" button to provide so. if d app found root access on ur tab, den d result shows dt "congratulations! ds device has root access". finally, u r 100% sure dt ur tab wer successfully rooted..no doubt! : )
