Solved some ERROR encountered while rooting:
1. "Read-only file system"
solution: type ADB root -d then afterwards ADB remount -d
2. "adbd cannot run as root in production builds"
solution: both adb remount and adb root don't work on a production build without altering ro.secure (boot.img has ro.secure set to 1, it drops permissions after it loads), but you can still remount /system by opening a shell, asking for root permissions and typing the mount command.
$ adb shell
$ su
# mount -o rw,remount /system
saan po ilalagay yung inanderline ko po?
pls replay po.

pano kaya ung s3 ko sir ndi nmn lumabas ung wipe data i hahard reset ko sana ano po ba ung tamang procedure patulong nmn po sir salamat ng marami clone lang din po un ung dual sim na s3 speedtrum

Ako na sana mag proprovide ng back up ROM eh... tsk tsk tsk...
pero dahil sa dakilang kagag*han ko, nagbura ako ng mga system apps, ayun BRICK... NAg oopen naman yung sakin...
ang naalala na aaccess ko pa yung notification/status bar pati yung settings... wala na talaga yung launcher ko...
ayun yung Iphone 5 na naroot ko na gamit din yung step na to ang gamit ko ngayon...
sana may mag upload ng Update Zip... hehehehe, tungoks ko kasi eh

Oo nga sana dumami tayo dito at humaba pa itong thread natin, by the way regarding sa backup ng stock rom at apps is a good idea, but as much as I want to help you guys to backup my stock rom, I cannot do it for now cos we're having our pre-board exam this saturday and sunday, we are now in our refresher and coaching stage, so we need talaga muna to focus on the review for the remaining days...I hope somebody with a generous heart will backup and upload his/her stock rom & apps to give help to others...you po

bakit po noong inenter ko po ung coomand na adb root -d. em bakit po ang sabe device not found eh naka insert naman po ung phone at naka usb debug pa. ano po dapat ang gawin para ma detect po ng cmd.exe ung cellpon ko po?
