Tips how to be motivated to code everyday

guys! share naman kayo ng mga strategy na ginagamit sa positioning nng div's pti ang application ng css dito..iba ibang iszes ng box, tas yung pag-float ng mga box sa different position..pag may ginalaw ako sa margin nasisira yung mga position ng mga boxes ko..
hindi ko makuha yung relationship..

gingamitan ko nmn ng padding at margin..pero khit ilagay ko na margin: 5px; e hindi padin equal ang margin sa lahat ng side, necessary pa ba na ilgay ko ang top bottom left at right, tnry ko din nmn yun margin: 5px auto 5px auto..pero hindi padin perfectly equal..

ang technique ko sa pag gawa ng divisions is .. 12 yung pinakaouter .. tapos kung gusto kong may mga items sa right at left at center .. hinahati ko yung 12 sa 3 . bali 4 4 4.

TS. share ko lang ang naging motivation ko. im currently working as a programmer in a small company. halos kaka start ko lang dito. almost 1 month. and di ko expect na ganito pala kahirap pag nag work kana. dati ksi sa bahay lang ako. haha. puro PC games lang gawain sa bahay khit may sariling PC. and ngayon naiba na buhay ko ksi nagwowork n ko. and madalas sa madalas di n ko nkakapag PC games. ksi after work mas gusto mo nalang humiga sa kama mo after a long day of programming sa office. minsan nga naisip ko ang hirap pla tlga. pero need ko mamotivate eh. di pa ko ganun ka expert. nag google p nga ako sa office pag may di ako maayos na bug eh. haha. minsan halos buong araw kana nag dedebug tpos isang SEMI-COLON lang pala ang problem. motivation ko TS is someday makawork ako abroad with the same job. atleast 1 year experience lang ata ok na. para dn makahelp sa family. at tska pala TS di naman problem ang gender sa Programming, mdami akong colleagues na babae na mas matindi p sakin mag program at successful na dn ngayon sa career. Good luck sa career TS.

Yes Jezz, thanks for this, madami pakong kakaining kanin bka mkarating sa gaya nyo, ang layo natin kasi you are working with that kind of field na, I'm stuck to do office works, I'm enjoying it and at the same time learning how to code in my free time,just like now.bumalik ako sa html5 ulit, I thought enough na yung knowledge ko, hindi pa pala..so yun hanap ako uli ng iba pang resources para ma-master ang html5, take note, hindi pa kasma ang CSS sa minamaster ko...the first time I created this thread I was starting to learn JavaScript, pero hindi pa pala ko fully equipped for such kya, one at a time..html5 muna, 2-4 hours a day ang aral ko, basa and code.

Follow web blogs or Youtube vlogs and read or watch them at least 2-3 times a week. That usually keeps me motivated to try something new and keeps me updated with the latest trends and best practices.

For beginners, I just want to share my experience:

I studied the HTML, CSS, PHP, then Javascript in about 3-4 months then I wanted to test my skills in the real world so I signed up on Odesk/Upwork and applied for small and simple jobs. I didn't care about the payment, I just wanted to test myself and luckily I got hired to implement validations on forms. It was a student's project from Australia so I felt like I could do it since I was also studying at that time. I kept doing these simple freelancing jobs while continuing to learn. Then I decided to do my thesis project using web technologies since I already knew that I wanted to work as a web developer after graduation. So with less than a year studying web programming, I started to "hack" my way until completion of my thesis. Google was my best friend during this time since everyone I knew was either doing their thesis on C# or VB.Net (the 2 languages focused in our school for seniors). My project was an online Purchase Order and Inventory system and I am very proud that I was one of the earliest to get our thesis approved.

The next day after my graduation, I started working for a web design company converting PSD's into Wordpress themes. I did that for 3 months then I went to Dubai on tourist visa to look for a job. Luckily, I got a job at a digital agency. So here I am working as a web developer/programmer for almost a year, still hacking my way through projects

Hope that motivates anyone who just started out web development. Also, just a tip, never assume that you already know too much. Always assume that there's still much to learn because in the field of the web, everyday is a learning experience.

Yun nga lang may mga times na aatakihin ako ng katamran kaya hindi na din nakaka-pag-code. Sa totoo lang po, medyo nahihirapan din ako'ng i-motivate ang sarili ko sa pag-co-coding especially sa edad ko at tinapos ko. As for now po, Back to Square one ako. Ang hirap mangapa lalo na kapag nalipasan ka na ng panahon at oras. Haha. Nasasayo yun kung ano yung gusto mo. If you are doing it for the benefit of yourself or having fun with your idea, then you are much likely motivated with these. Kung may pinagtratrabahuan bahala na si HR or Manager ang mag-motivate ofcourse money is one of the basic things we need(Specially in this country).

Kung magsstart sa scratch make reading a habit. Mas maganda magsimula from scratch pag binabasa ang buong documentation. Make programming a hobby. Kumbaga gusto mong magprogram dahil gusto mo talaga na walang kapalit kundi madagdagan ang knowledge mo. Hindi mo naman kailangang tandaan lahat ng code kailangan mo lang malaman kung pano gumagana yun. Pag nadiscover mo na at alam na ang different kinds of logical statements, libraries, etc madali na lang para sayo magadopt sa ibang Programming Language. Beginner -> Intermediate -> Professional .

Make it a hobby . Mas madali na lang matuto ngayon dahil marami ng Resources unlike noon na limited palang.

Ofcourse more important, Don't forget to ask Success stories. It will help you motivate too.

That's what I am doing, then ipapacheck ko sa expert, kaso dami ko pang strategies na hindi alam para mging malinis ang pagcode ko..

Proper indention lng po. Ofcourse don't forget to comment on top of it. Write the date last edited plus the creation date, the function as a whole, your name ofcourse(if you work on a team).
As long as mapapaikli pa, paikliin lang. Make your code reusable when needed. Specially with CRUD Operations(Create,Read,Update,Delete). You'll get used to it kapag natuto ka na ng iba't ibang MVC Frameworks.
