mga guys pano ba gagawin kapag di makita ng mga client pc ung server pc, wala na kasing homegroup ang windows 10, na ka konek lahat thru converge router wireless po ang need lang is sharing files naka on na lahat ng file sharing pero di parin ma kuha sa network ung server pano po kaya

convert/upgrade your windows 10 edition to PRO. chances are Home edition yan kaya greyed out ang domain.

you cannot join a Home version to a corporate domain. kaya nga Home eh.

use anytime upgrade key to upgrade to PRO. then join sa domain.

Try mo muna i-off yung firewall ni windows ng server, temporary off muna. Kung ayaw pa rin try mo off antivirus kung meron, yung ibang antivirus may firewall din kasi. at windows defender.

Hingi lang po ko idea,, currently net admin ako .. hingi lang po ko suggestion anu mgandang pang monitor ng desktops kung anu gingwa nila w/o knowing them na nakamonitor ako and how to disable the usbports sa desktop bukod sa mouse and keyboard.

are you sure this is allowed within your company policy? may kaso yan sa HR pag may nagreklamo na user chief...

as to your question re: USB, ano gamit mo na endpoints? you can use kasi enterprise endpoints like sophos, kaspersky, eset, etc. to restrict access to usb ports, optical port, floppy disk port, etc;

not necessarily sa hr policy. could be in your existing it policy; point is dapat naka black and white na pwede mo sila imonitor else, talo ka pag nagraise ng complaint ang end user;

may firewall appliance ka ba?

just block torrent from firewall; i think that will be the easiest way to control torrent;

Dito nga sa company namin, halos ako na gumawa ng IT policy namin. Search lang kay google boss. Madami dyan, konting edit lang. Tapos kapag naka-gawa na ako, ipapa-review ko sa Audit Department.
Ang alam ko di naman bawal imonitor ang mga ginagawa ng mga employees, kasi binabayaran sila at ang gamit nilang computer ay sa company. Ako nga ok lang sakin kahit maghapon pa silang naka-remote sa computer, para makita yung ginagawa ko.

Hirap na akong magbudget sa sahod ko. Pamilyado na din kasi ako. Di na sapat yung sahod ko. Kailangan ko na bang mag-demand ng increase? O humanap na ng ibang company? Mag 6 years na ako sa July 2019. Starting ko noon 6,000 tapos ngayon 10,000 SOBRANG TAAS NG INCREASE DIBA??? IT Graduate talaga ako, pero walang certification. Kayo na ang bahalang humusga kung ano talaga ang trabaho ko. May 10 branches kami, 1 coporate at may iba pa silang company. 5 IT kami (1 head, 2 supervisor, 2 staff) pero yung 2 staff karamihan puro support lang. Yung head di na din masyadong naglalagi sa opisina karamihan nasa ibang company ng boss ko.
Kapag may problema sa ibang company ng mga boss ko, ako talaga ang tinatawag.
