Hello mga ka-Symb!

Been using GOMO for a while now as backup SIM. Pero the last transaction that I had was way back last year pa and I had more or less 35GB left. Pag check ko this month, nawala na ung 35GB na yun. Reached out to their FB support pero until now wala pa ring response. Ganon ba talaga pag di ginagamit?

nakalagay naman don is no expiry ang gomo wala bang nakalagay sa dashboard mo sa gomo

0.00GB balance nakalagay brother. To add pala, di online ung SIM na yun. Bale naka insert lang sa modem pero naka off. Dahil dun kaya due to inactivity?

so far hindi ko naman yan na eexpirience pa kase isat kalahating bwan ubos ko na yung data eh ahaha. baka nga dahil due to inactivity pero sana mag reply yung cs kung ano dahilan bakit nawala kaya nga pinli ang gomo kase no expiry for back up talaga sya

Exactly my point. Try kong kulitin ng kulitin sa messenger. Nag reply naman nung nag comment ako sa post nila.

na-experience ko na 11 months di ako nawalan ng data. light user lang ako eh. wala kinain. yung 12th month lang nag-top up na ako bago kasi sabi nila di talaga nag-eexpire yung data pero once lumampas ka 1 year at di ka nag-load, expire yung sim daw mismo, proven to sa fb groups. di ko lang sure kung magre-reflect yung expiration ng sim sa gomo app. wala pa ba 1 year? natatawagan pa ba yung sim mo na gomo? kundi mo maayos or ma-hassle ka talaga, abang ka na lang ng promo sa shopee tapos bili new sim. mas advisable sa shopee gomo official store bumili vs sa website ang tagal kasi dumating minsan di dumadating. wag kalimutan mag-video habang nagbubukas ng package for security na lang din just in case may tumuklap nung sim.

Eto backup ko for WFH, more than 1 year ko na sya ginagamit so far goods naman

Thanks for the feedback brother. Chineck ko and last activity ko was top up on 3/12/2021. Try ko tawagan tomorrow. Nakasalpak kasi sya sa portable modem as back up lang talaga. Pero for the most part, naka off ung device kasi bihira naman may downtime ng net samen. Last resort would have to order ng new SIM.

salamat sa pagshare ng experience mo boss. GOMO user ako since last year. never ako nagkaproblema when it comes to its services. used as back up internet sa bahay pag brownout at light use pag nasa labas, pang video call/chat at GPS navigation lang. 1 year din bago nagreload. hindi kaya dapat talaga active use sya kaya nagkaganyan yung sayo TS?

That's what I was thinking kasi inactive talaga yung SIM. Anyway, good to know na they do keep with their promise of non expiration kahit once a year ka mag load.

Yes, gamit ko sya sa work, saka need iactivate to para magamit diba?. Yung sayo ba di mo inactivate na parang regular sim.

Yep, activated ung SIM kasi nakapag top up pako. What I meant by "inactive" is naka off ung modem na kung san sya naka insert. So no service at all.
