Hello mga ka-Symb!

Been using GOMO for a while now as backup SIM. Pero the last transaction that I had was way back last year pa and I had more or less 35GB left. Pag check ko this month, nawala na ung 35GB na yun. Reached out to their FB support pero until now wala pa ring response. Ganon ba talaga pag di ginagamit?

Thanks for the feedback brother. Chineck ko and last activity ko was top up on 3/12/2021. Try ko tawagan tomorrow. Nakasalpak kasi sya sa portable modem as back up lang talaga. Pero for the most part, naka off ung device kasi bihira naman may downtime ng net samen. Last resort would have to order ng new SIM.

welcome! inabutan ka nga ng 1 year sim card expiry. dapat nag-load ka ulit before pa nung 3/12/2022 mismo. duda akong ire-reactivate nila. need mo na ng new sim. may pa-discount naman ata ulit sila this end ng march or try mo sa 4.4 sale.

Best sim for nag titipid never have an issue unless out of Globe network reach, Best for study and gaming, not good for heavy download pero pwede na kung oks lang sayo nagbabayad ng 10 pesos per 1 gb, overall goods na goods.

nakakaurat naman kasi yung GOMO.. kung kelan need mo ng data saka wala yung unlimited promo.. after mo makapag 30GB sabay dun lalabas yung unli.. jusko badtrip.

Ung gomo sim ko po binili ko ng feb 2021. Hindi ko pa sya nilolodan pero di pa nagexpire pero ung binili ko ng march 2021 nagexpire na siya kaya sa tingin ko po may chance na pag inactive ung sim tapos di naloadan eh mageexpire talaga siya. Ung binili ko ng feb kasi active kasi ginagamit ko pag lumalabas ng bahay pero ung nabili ng march gamit ng mama ko. Minsan lang nagagamit kasi may wifi kami sa bahay

Seems like, due to inactivity kaya nawala yung promo. Take note na kapag di ginagamit ang sim within (120days) and zero balance, (kahit naka register sa promo) dinedeactivate ito ng telco

I know the FAQ and I READ it! But if you'll think about it, we're forced to load within that time period. E parang may expiration date pa rin say if ung current load mo is di mo naman ginagamit kundi back up lang. So, what's the point of topping up and more importantly advertising it as NO EXPIRY when in fact it clearly isn't. Do you get my point now?

Tested all GOMO/ROCKET/DITO. nag stick pako sa GOMO kasi mas stable at meron pang Bypass sa 5Mbps Limit. Smart kasi na DDC ako minsan pag nag onlinegames ako. sa GOMO/GLOBE bihira lang talaga consistent yung Ping/Speed. May 10, 2022 pa Expiry ko pero 560GB+ na usage sulit, last month din 28days Usage 500GB+ hehehe
