ts bakit po access denied pag kasave sa system.ini? panu po gagawin?

save nyu po muna sa desktop yung system.ini then i drag and drop mo na siya dito > "C:\Windows" tapos magtatanong kung i overwrite/replac yung file click mo lang yung ok/yes then rstart PC
