[ADVISE] Help in Assembling/Building/Choosing/Upgrading Your Computer

Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

Nagsimula na kasing bumigay yung PC ko, 4 years nadin, malamang board na to, kaya pati procie palitan ko nadin.

Eto balak kong specs na pang 4 years good nadin:

Intel Core i5 3570 3.4-3.8ghz = P8500
Asus P8H77 M LE LGA 1155 = P4290
Corsair Dominator Platinum 2x4GB = P3650

Ano tingin nyo? May mas ok ba at the same price at durable? Asus na preferred brand ko pero kung may iba okay lang.

At pinili ko nadin yung 3rd gen i5 para mas bago, pwede ba? about sa board??

Hi mga Ka SB...

I'm planning to change my current pc kase gusto ko mag upgrade... Budget is 35-40k and yung set up nya is pang matagalan na gamit and top performance sa gaming, videos and of course internet... At least yung Mboard is i7 or kahit i5 basta di mapapahuli for the next 4 - 5 years...

Planning to play diablo 3, assasin's creed 3...

Currently and specs ng pc ko is...

Trinity icocompare mo sa IB pagdating sa gaming ok ka lang sir? Hehe. There's no point in buying an APU if you'll still pair it with a GPU. You get the APU in the first place because you think the IGP itself suits your use.

Yung budget mo for unit lang yan? Wala ka ba pede isalvage dyan? Saan mo plano bumili? Tska yung mboard = motherboard? Hehehe wala atang mobo na i7 at i5 sir.

Yan hirap pag pirated OS ang nakasanayan wala tuloy alam sa retail version hehe. Karamihan ata di alam yan. Ang professional version naman kasi pang office/business use na yan. Ang pambahay at personal use talaga ay home premium version, standard na yan sa ibang bansa.

If you want a genuine version go for Windows 7 Home Premium nasa 4k range otherwise maraming cheap pirated OS na all-in-one na nagkalat dyan around 100php or less.

Madalas kasi dito professional/ultimate daw ang the best where in fact walang pinagkaiba yun sa home premium kung pareparehas lang pirated.

yung smooth sana and pwede malaro yung torchlight 2, dota 2 and nba2k12/13

kahit medium setting lang hehe

well pchub pampanga ako bibili dahil dito pinakamalapit

salamat po

for home use lang and wala po akong balak mag overclock
