I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.


The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

Hi. Please help me buy a computer for my son. He will be using it mainly for school and some games. He likes to play Dota and L4D. Our budget for the PC would be 20K. We already have a printer, monitor and speakers. Our monitor is a 17" CRT monitor. My son said he prefers 1gb video card.

pede ba rin po gamitin ung suggestion niyo for Office/Surfing/entertainment?..

tnx po sir sa suggestion niyo sir pero medyo po hindi tau nagkaintindihan..hehe, i mean dito sa quote ko ung NO CHANGE- Permanent na po yan hindi ko na po papalitan yan sa NO CHANGE/CHANGE - papalitan ko ba o hindi na, para din po less money hehe tsaka para maka-install ako ng Games na gusto ko..tnx and Sorry

Oo naman napaka basic lang ng mga yan hehe. Walang kwenta ang isang setup na di kaya gawin ang ganyang use.

Even if you don't want to change ayan parin suggestion ko sa 10k budget. Luma na kasi yung system mo at mahihirapan ka narin sa upgrade in the future because of the parts in that system. It's your choice at least may option ka na ngayon.

If you want decent gaming experience from your setup eto kailangan mo malaman:

- Add at least 2GB more RAM. Ang problema wala na masyado nagbebenta ng DDR2 na RAM sa panahon ngayon. Yan ang limitations ng mobo mo.
- Discrete Video Card. Isa pang problema ay malamang sa malamang generic PSU gamit mo. Pag gusto mo maglagay ng video card, dapat matino yung PSU mo at the same time para di matakaw sa kuryente.
- Bottleneck sa system. Kahit lagyan mo ng malakas na video card yan, di mo rin masusulit dahil mahina yung processor.
- And of course lumang technology. Simple lang, luma na yan. Don't expect much kung gagamitin mo sa mas mabigat na trabaho.

Sir help po nagformat ako ng window xp ok po ang lahat maliban sa sound at nd ngpplay ng video tinignan ko sa divice manager my naka question mark ung multimedia audio controler panu po ba maginstal ng driver..Nun help po

hehe nung 2010 pa kasi nabili ung PC q eh i guest wala pa atang mobo: ECS H61H2-M2 at ung 3rd generation sayang lang din naman ung pera kung bibili ako agad ng bago, hehe. tama ka po atleast my option na ako pag bibili ako ulit. tnx

what do you mean kahit mahina ung Video Card ko mas lamang parin ang Video Card kaysa PSU ko?


kahit hindi po malakas ang Video Card ung compatible lang sa CPU ko at PSU ko para atleast pag balak kong bumili these 2013 walang masasayang ung GPU lang, hehe..

It means na kailangan mo ng True Rated na Powersupply para sa decent performance for your video card.

so kailangan ko talaga bumili ng power supply pero ung true rated na power supply na para sa bibilhin kong Video Card, then pede ko po ba makuha ung suggestion para makabili ako ng True Rated PSU and Video Card ung mura lang po talaga for my Mobo:asus p5kpl-am epu and CPU: intel e500 ~2.7Ghz..

Mga boss good evening. Pa assess naman nitong balak kong bilhin na PC sa enigma. For gaming po like GTA 4, SFxTK, NFS. Kung my suggest po kayo na mas mura dyn na d nagkakalayo ang performance. Yung PSU d ako sure kung true rated yan or generic. Kung my ma suggest kayo na iba khit mas mahal ng mga 200pesos na PSU basta true rated. Sa enigma lng po.

patulong naman po kung maganda na po ang gusto kong buuin na new pc kac po sa ngayon wala pa akong pera para bumuo ng Iseries. Ang plano ko po kac mag dual core muna ng intel eto po yung specs sana matulungan nyo ako kung ok na po ito sa gaming lalo na po sa NBA 2k12 at SOON na NBA 2k13 thanks po sa mga sasagot sa tanong ko..

Magandang gabi po mga bossing..
tanong lang po... ang Samsung Series 3 15.6" na laptop ba ay ok. kahit sa games?wala bang bad issues about sa laptop na 'to.
Kasi may nagbebenta sakin ng unit na 'to at gusto ko lang malaman ang mga suggestions and comment ng mga Master tungkol po sa unit na 'to bago ko man lang kunin.
Sana po makahingi po ako ng feedback sa inyo kasi di po ako masyado techi....
At ano po ba ang fu Specification nito?

Etong tatlo lang kailangan mo? Kung may makita kang HD 5670 na DDR5 mas okay yun otherwise may iba pang mas magandang alternative sa video card na yan. Saan ka ba bibili?
