I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.


The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

hi guys, im planning to build a gaming pc this xmas season ..budget ko ay 30k(including monitor) , games ko na plano laruin ay GTAV ,assassins creed series, 2013 games pataas..hehe.suggest naman ng build, may chance pa madagdagan budget bcoz of 13month
i planning to have an i5 6th gen, sa mobo kahit basics lang with ddr4 syempre. ssd for boot drive. malapit lang ako sa dynaquest makati
any suggestions ???

i5 6500 (9,370) or i7 6700 (14,710) tapos partner sa Gigabyte Z170M d3h (5,999)
tapos overclock lang yung CPU to around 4gh (i5) or 4.4ghz (i7). lagyan lang ng CM hyper 212x or cryorig H7, panalo na for video editing/rendering rig

no, hindi kaya ng 950 i-set sa ultra yang mga title and get decent fps kasi very demanding sila. though yung cpu mo should be capable enough.

Kaya naman. Actually kahit GTX 750 Ti kaya ultra, yun nga lang hindi 60fps or 1080p

Sa tingin niyo magkano price range ng 1050/1050Ti dito satin? Good upgrade path ba siya since i'm using gtx 750Ti or should i go for gtx 1060?

Next time na lng bili psu pag may budget na temporary lang muna tong psu, sapat naba si corsair vs450?

Sa tingin niyo magkano price range ng 1050/1050Ti dito satin? Good upgrade path ba siya since i'm using gtx 750Ti or should i go for gtx 1060?

go for 1060 instead mas sulit yun .. 3GB or 6GB oks pareho ..

usage: gaming mostly tas schoolworks


meron na akong: lumang case, psu 600 watts (generic), nvidia gt710 1gb ddr3 , cd rom, 500gb hdd, monitor etc
games na nilalaro: mostly dota 2, age of empires 3.. kahit anong games ok lang basta stable 60 fps kahit medium settings ok lang din (mas ok pa din high settings), gusto ko sana mag stream ng dota 2 yung hindi bumababa sa 60fps kahit medium settings lang

pasuggest po pumili ng Motherboard, Processor , cpu fan, tsaka ddr3 rams (8gb sana kung kakasya)
current mobo ko kasi is p5kpl-am epu and intel e5500 processor (socket LGA775) at 4gb ddr2 ram, gusto ko kasi sanang mag upgrade

sorry but your system is too old and finding parts for that will be a treasure hunt in itself.
also, very limited yung budget mo kaya i can only suggest to go to tipidpc and look for 2nd hand parts. I think maraming nagbebenta ng Sandybridge or Ivybridge CPU's ngayon na packaged na with mobo (or even a whole unit itself). try finding an i5 2500 or 3550 or something along the line. next would be your GPU. that 710 is a POS entry level GPU's are not worth your money if you want to play games. mas mabuti pa na umasa sa built-in ng cpu mo at magipon ka ng 5k for much better gaming performance. 750ti is maybe the best one brand new gpu you can buy if you are not willing to spend more than 5k. otherwise, go for the RX460.

yung gpu is already worth 5k brand new. basically, the rest of the system costs 6k.
the cpu can still perform... pero syempre, napagiiwanan na sya against today's products.
