I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

Don't
just buy a surge protector instead.
or if you really "need" one, UPS na lang which functions as a surge protector and a backup battery to save your system from power loss

guys need help.. ok ba ang TEAM GROUP L7 EVO 240GB SSD kesa STRANSCEND SSD370S 120gb SSD? SATA 3Gb/s lang ang mobo ko.
naisip ko kc walang pnag kaiba sa speed kc sata ll lang mobo ko tsaka halos times 2 kasi capacity ng L7 EVO compare sa transcend.

just wanted to ask for help kasi im planning to buy a gtx 1060 and para sana masulit ko to need ko ng 1080p na resolution sa monitor kaso hindi ko alam kung anung sukat ng monitor ang dapat bilhin.

- ano po bang sukat ng monitor ang makakapag bigay ng 1080p na resolution? thanks!

we rarely recommend any AMD build lately kasi wala ng upgrade path yun eh. pagbili mo, obsolete agad. atsaka palabas na ang bagong generation ng AMD zen & AM4 by January 17 which supports DDR4, USB 3.1/type C, m.2, lower power consumption, etc.
nasa sayo yan kung ano balak mo buohin. not my money to burn

kung motherboard mo limitation that limits the performance of any of these 2, then just go with the one that is more bang for the buck. pero read their specs first.
tignan mo yung maximum write capacity. baka mababa yung sa 240gb kaya mas madali yun masisira.
just double check first before buying

sa ganyang presyo, hanap ka na lang ng mga 2nd hand na package. marami sa tipidpc, olx or sa buy n sell section ng forum, i think i3 or i5 na sandy/ivy bridge.

sa ngayon maliit na lang ang kinalaman ng screen size sa resolution ng display. tignan mo mga cellphone ngayon, 5.5 inches pero 1440p na resolution at meron pang mga 50" TV na 1080p lang. you just have to check their technical specifications. may mga description naman yang mga monitor kung ilan resolution nila eh.
1920 x 1080 <- 1080p standard resolution
I usually see them starting at around 21.5 inches hanggang 27"
medyo rare makahanap ng 1080p na mas maliit sa 21.5" pero meron ata
