Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:
Code:
budget:
usage:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

also please put your requests in this format:

Processor:
Motherboard:
RAM:

Video Card:

Hard Drive:
Optical Drive:

Power Supply:
Casing:

monitor:

Accessories:

please indicate (at least)the size of the hard disk desired, and also what you need/have/prefer.

Thanks.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

An example post would be as follows:
Hi. Please help me buy a computer for my son. He will be using it mainly for school and some games. He likes to play Dota and L4D. Our budget for the PC would be 20K. We already have a printer, monitor and speakers. Our monitor is a 17" CRT monitor. My son said he prefers 1gb video card.

Thank you.

:weep:

Max budget is 50k, more on multimedia editing tapos gaming na rin? Yung mejo malaki ang monitor, 28" is my ideal and maraming slot for hdd/ssd tsaka yung tipong makakasabay pa rin siya sa mga future upgrades ng mga apps and games kahit 5 years old na siya? Plan ko kasi saka lang ako mag aupgrade pag nagamit ko na within 5 years.. Thank you! :)

you really can't expect much kung walang dedicated video card ang PC mo :sigh:

SSD is not necessary but highly recommended for your boot drive and mostly used applications/programs. boot time mo around 10 secs lang (more or less).
gtx970? luma na yan... parang di na sulit bumili ng brand new nyan for the price. i would recommend either a 1050ti (gtx 960 performance) or a 1060 3gb (gtx980 performance).
case... well, this is a personal choice. you can spend as much or as little as you want sa mga case. just make sure na kasya mga ilalagay mong parts sa loob at kumpleto ng I/O ports na kelangan mo.
PSU... seasonic S12ii 520w ang highly recommended namin dito. pwede rin EVGA 450B kung gusto mong mas mura pero mas mababang wattage. there's a modular version of the seasonic. sa evga, gold na ata ang mga kasunod at medyo mataas na presyo.

Thanks Sir themonyo
Check q uli yung AMD built q di talaga q familiar sa AMD processor eh, pero naconsider q sya kse nga mura daw as for my friend din.
GPU check q for both, ganda kse review ng GTX970 i know luma pero solid performance and durability.

fan
cpu cooler
board with sync rgb na rin
case din
:beat:

apparently, AMD has promised mobo compatibility for their upcoming CPU's for up 2020
pero syempre yung mga bagong models malamang magdadagdag ng mga feature like maybe NVME RAID (meron na ata :noidea:), USB 3.2, type C and thunderbolt ports
