Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:
Code:
budget:
usage:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

also please put your requests in this format:

Processor:
Motherboard:
RAM:

Video Card:

Hard Drive:
Optical Drive:

Power Supply:
Casing:

monitor:

Accessories:

please indicate (at least)the size of the hard disk desired, and also what you need/have/prefer.

Thanks.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

An example post would be as follows:
Hi. Please help me buy a computer for my son. He will be using it mainly for school and some games. He likes to play Dota and L4D. Our budget for the PC would be 20K. We already have a printer, monitor and speakers. Our monitor is a 17" CRT monitor. My son said he prefers 1gb video card.

Thank you.

Not familiar po sa APU. pwede po ba makahingi ng build na APU instead of GPU. Ryzen 5 processor po: budget not more than 30k including peripherals.

Eto:

aw, im referring to the development of APUs after this Ryzen 5 release, maybe after this release which will be on april for sure maglalabasan na yung leaks for APUs. sorry for the confusion. hehe but if kailangan naman talaga mag build why not build, its just that ive been through that na after buying something, a better version of that something will be released or a leak will emerge out of nowhere. haha

try re-editing your list sir, make the RAM a kit and add a VS450 and a cheaper case. 30k lang budget nya and need pa niya ang monitor and other peripherals. so it will help if you go a little bit cheap sa PSU and case.

wala talaga akong naririnig na maglalabas ng bagong APU other than the 2 already available in the next few months :noidea: maybe you can provide me links
sa pagkakaalam ko kasi, nakafocus sila sa 2nd generation ng ryzen series (Zen+) with just a mhz bump, better power efficiency and maybe higher overclocking potential... yun ang expected na ire-release nila sa April. And by next year, saka nila ilalabas yung bagong generation naman ng ryzen nila which will be based on Zen 2 which should not be confused with ryzen 2000 series.

about sa PSU, well, kung wala ng balak maglagay ng video card or kahit hanggang 1050ti, pwede na siguro yung vs450... ayoko na gumamit or mag-recommend nyan as much as possible... too weak in my opinion :noidea:

yep, saw their roadmap pala and it will be this 2020 pa yung 3rd gen.

sa PSU mas better to settle on cheaper kasi may budget limit yung nag ask, id rather buy a 1080p monitor than buy the seasonic m12II evo which he dont need pa naman but its best to find the possibility of flexing the budget around 35k. hehe

Pls help!!

CPU: Ryzen 2200G = 5670
Mobo: MSI A320M PRO-VD/S = 3500
RAM: Gskill Aegis 8GB Dual DDR4 2400 CL15 = 5450
Case w/ PSU: MSI Slim PC Casing with 550 watts Psu = 1450
SSD: WD Green 120GB Sata = 2850
Display: LG 20MP48 20" LED IPS Monitor = 3900

Total = 22,820

generic keyboard & mice = +500

wag mo na i oc sir, kung practice lang, you can look up to oc profiles naman if you reserach it, sayang kuryente mo and baka jeopardize pa system mo.

no biggie, mobo manufacturers will just fix this after their first batch of mobos are sold out.

pa suggest naman po ng CPU unit 20 to 25k ang budget using amd ryzen5 and an asus board po
salamat sir kasi medyo may tiwala po kasi ako sa asus eh pero kung may maissuggest kayo na mas much better na build no problem po

heto R5 2400G APU build:
CPU: Ryzen 5 2400G = 8840
Mobo: Asus A320M K = 3680 (no support for CPU overclock)
RAM: Gskill Aegis 8GB Dual DDR4 2400 CL15 = 5450
Case w/ PSU: Orion S-601 Slim Case with 600w psu = 1490 (or some other cheap case na may built-in PSU)
SSD: Adata XPG SX6000 PCIe Gen3x2 M.2 128gb = 2900 (or WD Blue 1tb {2,200})
Total = 22,360

Notes:
mobo is not assured to work with ryzen APU out of the box. might need a firmware update to work.
a320 lang yung chipset dahil not recommended to overclock ang mga APU unless gusto mo palitan yung stock cooler. pero pwede mo pa rin overclock yung built-in GPU, and you can still gain a decent performance boost.
pwede mo rin palitan yung case w/ a separate true rated psu.

mga sir ano ba mas ok sa dalawa intel g4560 or g4600? Balak ko sana mag ryzen 3 1200 kaso natatakot ako mag OC. dun muna sa safe pa suggest naman ng build around 20k-25k. g4560 ba or g4600? 1050 ti 2gb sapat na ba? :thanks: sa sasagot mga sir

Go for R3 1200 for future proof build. hindi mo naman un kaylangan i OC. Pero kung tight budget use 4600 instead. makakabili ka rin kasi ng H110m for as low as 3500.
