The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

Pwde po pa construct nmn po ako ng mga parts for gaming pc (Magandang fps kahit naka max settings yung games) at video editing. 50-60k budget po yung laman ng system unit(kasama case na may good airflow and effects) at monitor. Intel sna gusto ko pero kng ano mas maganda pwde din AMD. Thank you po

maganda yang combo mo ah market price lang... halos libre na yung case
kung may GPU ka na, try mo Intel Core i5-9400F
halos pareho lang presyo ng i5 8400 pero mas bago at mas mataas ang boost clock. wala nga lang built-in gpu yan.

whats the diff between ba from i3, i5 and i7 on the same generation?

difference of i3, i5 & i7 number of cores and base clock speeds. dati ang i3 ay dual core lang with hyperthreading, pero starting with 8th gen, true 4 cores na sila at ang flagship i9 na lang ang may hyperthreading. there's also cache sizes and PCIE lanes.
use google for more details on their specific differences.
depende sa application na gagamitin mo, mas maraming core mas mabilis ang rendering. some apps prefer higher clock speeds rather than sheer quantity of cores.
teka... yung mobo mo A320M? pang-ryzen yan eh dapat B310 ang sa intel 8th & 9th gen na entry level chipset

Pwede ka magpalit from HDD to SSD. Bibilis ang load / boot time. Kung may optical drive ang laptop mo, pwede mo itong tanggalin kung hindi mo naman nagagamit at palitan / lagyan ng hard drive caddy. Di ka pwede magpalit from 4th gen to 8th gen.

May napanood din kasi ako sa youtube na benchmark comparison(e5-2670 vs 8th gen i7 ata yun) kaya bigla ako nagkainteres. Sayang nakabili na ako ng lga 1155. Eh puro mga 4cores 8 threads lang na xeon(e3-12xx) ata pwede dyan sa 1155.

Plano ko kasi sir i7 3770(k or non k) pero parang gusto ko kumuha ng xeon. Parehas lang po ba sila ng performance?

Yes, sir. Di ko lang sure kung ilan max ng ram ang pwede sa unit mo. Pero I assume na 16GB. Nag-check din ako video sa youtube. Mukhang madali din lang naman i-upgrade ang unit mo.

yes sir, solid po kasi ang pagtulong dito sa mobiliarian po eh po medyo nalilihig na din sa games ngaun po kaya time na magupdate ng pc

Hi masters anung specs na ma e suggest ninyu for viewing/streaming videos in cctv atleast 50 videos at the same time bali nka LAN lang po ang set-up naka network po siya. By the way na try ko yung ryzen 5 ang kaya yang niya na e handle na videos at the same time for viewing is 9 videos at the same at full hd.
