Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:
Code:
budget:
usage:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

also please put your requests in this format:

Processor:
Motherboard:
RAM:

Video Card:

Hard Drive:
Optical Drive:

Power Supply:
Casing:

monitor:

Accessories:

please indicate (at least)the size of the hard disk desired, and also what you need/have/prefer.

Thanks.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

An example post would be as follows:
Hi. Please help me buy a computer for my son. He will be using it mainly for school and some games. He likes to play Dota and L4D. Our budget for the PC would be 20K. We already have a printer, monitor and speakers. Our monitor is a 17" CRT monitor. My son said he prefers 1gb video card.

Thank you.

madali OC ang 4770k to around 4.4ghz without much effort... kahit yung classic na CM hyper 212 lang. kung maganda naman cpu cooler mo, baka mapaabot mo to around 4.7ghz :hyper: pero syempre depende na rin sa mga silicon lottery at VRM quality ng mobo mo...
kung nasa 4k ang budget mo, pwede ko recommend yung Noctua NH-U14S (3290) or Noctua NH-D14 (3700) which is comparable to a 240mm AIO liquid cooler

ok na po ba to???

at ok pa ba CPU ko? ang tagal na eh 2013 pa haha
wala pa po budget pambili new pc hehe

Hello guys! Rocking ako ngayon ng Ryzen 7 3700x + RTX 2070 super. Sa mga users dyan same with me, ano bang cooler nyo aside sa stock? Medyo toasty pag rendering ako 3d models e, umaabot 90 deg. Thoughts nyo?

mura ah  ok lang naman, mukhang standard naman eh... 240mm AIO liquid cooler naman yan... should bring down your cpu temps to around +20degs on idle. +40degs on high loads...
kung ok lang naman sayo mag-maintain ng AIO liquid cooler after maybe a year or so, then go for it

check mo yung post na quoted ko rin. otherwise, i would rather recommend a noctua nhd-15 or bequiet darkrock base 4 kung ayaw mo ng maintenance. after maybe a year or 2, nagkakaroon ng dumi/corrosion yang tubig sa loob ng AIO liquid coolers, kaya kelangan mo palitan yan. Just nake sure na may AM4 support yan

Haha

kung aesthetics priority mo at ok lang naman sayo ang maintenance ng liquid cooler after a year or 2, nandyan naman yung nzxt kraken series na may rgb pa.

Thank you!

yung mga high end na mobo, may button sa likod na pwede mag-update ng UEFI/BIOS without a need for an older gen cpu. salpak mo lang yung usb drive na may update UEFI/BIOS, turn on the pc, press that BIOS Update button, then wait for it to restart. after nun update na yun.
the most common option to update is to have an older generation ryzen or kahit yung mga low end athlon series nila, boot to UEFI/BIOS then update from there.
or... sabihan mo yung bibilhan mo na update na nila. kung ayaw nila update, hanap ka ng ibang pagbibilhan na willing. kung singilin ka man nila sa update, dapat mga 150petot lang or less... medyo mataas na yung 300 in my opinion :noidea:

Thanks boss, baka nga mag nzxt kraken nalang talaga ako. Bahala na sa maintenance. haha. Salamat salamat

Hingi sana advice sa pag build for gaming 20k max budget

Pa advice naman po. Balak ko po mag build for gaming and video editing. Budget po ay up to 60k. Thanks!

Hi to all, sobrang advance na ng mga tao dito... for a super newbie like me here is my basic question

For gaming ba? Content creation? Both? Etc.

Meju di na po kasi ako updated sabuild this year. :)
Budget po ay 70k with Monitor and keyboard if kasya...
pero priority lng po muna yun CPU at good monitor. Saka na yung peripherals.

Thanks in advance!

Share ko muna build ng kaibigan ko. Purchased around December 2019.

Procie: R5 3400G
Mobo: MSI A320
Ram: Single Stick 8GB DDR4 @ 2666Mhz.
SSD: WD 240GB
PSU: Rave 500/600W 80plus (White)
Case / Chassis: Generic na worth more or less 1k yata.

Price : Nasa 17k na 'to. Brand new.

Nvision and brand. Nasa 3k kuha niya.

So ang total price nya around 20k.

At kung mapa-abot mo ng 20k (or even a bit higher) and budget mo, possible.

Pang personal at business use.
