you need 1 for os, 1 for write back and 1 for games but since we want faster access to game disk, we raid it to 0 with another disk. write back disk is needed. cache is what you will miss because you don't have any ssd.

sir nub tignan mo tong specs ng isa kong pc. partida un videocard nya mumurahin lang, pero mabilis at smooth ang nba2k15 pag naka off ang special effects, mas ok pa sa browsing at mas mabilis talaga kesa sa a10 6800k ko eh, tapos i3 3240 pato, mukang mag ii3 4170 nalang ako. at kakabitan ko ng video card na mahusay hehe.. bilis mag browse, un 3 pc ko kasi puro amd. nomatch un a10 kong 6800k tapos 8gb pa memory eh. 2 shared na graphics

pag ang a10 kasi single channel lang ang ram, mabagal talaga. kailangan talaga dual channel. here watch this video. just a note that this is in 1080p and that its a AAA title. more likely youll see more difference when its in lower resolution and less intensive games.

the sad thing is that most people who bought amd apus in Philippines were paired with a very low ram and in single channel.

in that sense, the a10 is more impressive because you can play nba2k16 without a gpu

not having a budget is one reason I suggest you install a new gpu rather than build from scratch.

r7 370 = php7k
gtx950 = php8k

btw, go to tpc and ask bintsmok if its advisable to pair i3 with a gtx950. hes an intel / NVidia builder. youll be surprised.

by default, both ram will run in 1333. you can overclock a ram to run higher but it depends on the motherboard and the ram. one of the reason I suggested a ram with a heatspreader. you can probably try 1600 freq. timings maybe 10. test if it doesn't bsod.

the common ones around that are double sided with heat spreader are most likely of the same or almost the same quality. im just not sure in Philippines where to rma memory modules. anyway, may sticker naman yan na nakadikit. wag mo na lang tanggalin at itago mo resibo. from where I live, 10 years yung warranty ng ram ko. yung iba, lifetime.

ang mura na naka dual na nakikita ko sa mga store sa pinas eh yung gskill 8gb 1866 c9, nasa php2.5k.

if you play games like gta v, you must get a 2gb vram gpu. don't settle for 1gb unless you don't mind low settings on lower resolution. gta v takes about 1.5gb vram. add another 4gb ram too. from what ive seen, it takes about 5+gb ram. once your 4gb is taken, it will take from your pagefile which will cause a performance loss. you will play like youre in "matrix". this is why ssd also helps in games for faster reading.

salamat po sa reply at detailed na paliwanag baka yun seasonic s12ii 520w php2.7k ang bilin ko kung meron dito sa amin, meron akong lumang VC AMD 5670 di ko sya nilagay kasi parang mas mabilis pa yun built in na HD 8570d nya so far ang nilalaro ko ay fallout 3 at digimon masters online smooth naman sya nag hahanda din ako sa fallout 4 sana kahit low/mid setting lang siguro, thanks ng marami.
