i'm not sure... better ask some experts or research mo bro sa net.

pero ako nakuha ko gusto kong katawang without amino... just whey and foods. Until, nadrop ko na si whey then puro food nalang

pwede naman, pero kelangan padin ng pahinga ng katawan mo, baka hindi na magdevelop ng muscle katawan mo dahil puro pagod...

mas okay kung MWF (3days) or MTWTh (4days)

kapag MWF - madalas ginagawa dito e whole body workout... (combination of upper and lower body parts)

kapag MTWTh - dito naman madalas yung split routine na tinatawag (one body part per day, example - day1 = chest, day 2 = back etc)

importante ang rest period kapag nagwoworkout ka, para mas magdevelop ng muscle katawan mo :)

sa mga free day mo, kung gusto mo ng activity, pwede kagn tumakbo, bike, basketball, swimming, boxing etc...

ako dati pag weekend, muay thai ginagawa ko.

may chocolate at iba pa...

kung may blender ka sa bahay, haluan mo ng prutas like saging, strawberry etc... gawin mong shake :)

hindi magandang mag overdose sa protien. wala naman silbe yun kahit laklakin mo yung 1 kilos na soy protein, i jejebs mo lang rin yun karamihan dun, yung maaabsorb at ma sesynthesize lamang ng katawan mo ang mapapakinabangan mo. at ang mga masesenthesize at maabsorb ng katawan mo ay base yun sa energy consumption ng katawan mo, example yu burnt 5000 calories, yung katawan mo mangangailangan ng ganung energy eventually, tapos progressive yun depende kung dumadagdag ang work out or workload mo a day, per day example you burnt 6000 calories by the next day, pero dapat hinay hinay lang dahan dahan lang kasi mag aadjust ang katawan mo, work out is a passion and an art not, just physical torture and agony.

payo ko about sa mga protein supplements. wag ka na msyadong bumili ng mga yan, kasi ang
whey pro. mga dinurog na whey lang yan, imaginin mo yung palay na giniling yung bigas pati yung balat kasama ganun lang din halos yun.
yung soy protien powder. dinurog na soy bean lang din yun, na nilalagyan ng cocoa para magkaroon ng chocolate flavor.
yung ibang mga packed food supplements at protein supplements, meron din yan mga preservatives, kawawa ang kidney mo jan.
i recommend amino acids. yun ang tamang pang supporta sa mga nerves at veins mo pati narin sa muscle buildup. saka para hindi ka palaging manghihina pag nag woworkout. pero wag palaging iinum nun kasi delikado rin. madudurog ang kidney mo kasi ma pwepwersa sya bigyan ka ng lakas na sobra sa natural na output nya.

yun nga palang sobrang protein na naaabsorb ng katawan na hindi naman nagagamit. nagiging kidney stones instead of muscles.
kaya think twice before you overdose. are you prepare for the consequences? remember everything has its own price, mabilisang beauty kapalit ng health? or health that would lead to beauty. ;)

good point. Ang protein intake ay sinusukat din, based sa body weight mo if i remember it right... kung talagang bodybuilder ka, you should measure it based on your weight and goals...

good thing for whey protein, it can replace your meal... lalo na sa mga busy na tao na halos walang time to prepare for their foods, instead of buying in McDonalds, rather have my whey protein and some fruits :)

and like i've said, mas ok padin ang solid or natural foods for protein source, yun nga lang, it will take you time to prepare :) and remember whey proteins are SUPPLEMENT only... it is like an addition or just an extra source of protein if you believe hindi sapat ang food mo for protein source :)

Hindi naman ako mayaman so im taking promatrix7 na whey protein 5lbs=1600 pesos not bad na yan because gagamitin mo lang sya after mo mag gym then the rest of your protein intake should come from natural food. If you do have an extra money marami namang trusted brand like on,mutant etc....
try mo pumunta sa cash and carry madami dun mura pa.
Into gym routine naman ako 2 consecutive days na gym then pahinga then another 2days then pahinga...

day 1 =chest,tricep,shoulder (push workout lahat yan)
day 2= bicep,back,abs (pull workouts yan)
day 3= rest day
day 4= legs,abs
day 5= chest,tricep,shoulder
day 6= rest day
day 7= bicep,back,abs


enough na yung days jan para makapagpahinga ung exhausted muscle mo ex. chest may 3 days na in between bago yung chest day mo ulit.


sinusukat din po ang protein intake
daily protein intake 0.8-1.0 x weight in lbs = grams of protein per day

Tandaan po naten, iba ang supplement sa energy drink...

lalo na sa mga gym boy, wag sanayin ang sarili sa energy drink... tubi lang ok na :)
