BB Q10 sqn100-3 Keypad has lights, but no Display

Patulong naman po. May Blackberry Q10 po ako meron po sya keypad lights, red light, and ung charging light. But no display when turning on. Patulong naman po. Thank You so much mga ka symb.
 
charge mo po muna ng matagal... red led lights means na low battery na sya...
 
Sir/Maam still ganun pa rin po. keypad has lights but still no display. nag kulay green na din ung light. Ano po kaya possible problem
