Good day mga ka mobi. Ask ko lang bkit po kaya ganun hindi tumataba ung ibang ka tatawan ko naka focus lahat ng taba sa belly ko dun lahat nappunta, kapag mag papataba ako dun lahat na ppunta ung fats, any suggestion po kung paano ko maalis to, na kaka ilang po kasi, gusto ko sana i cardio kaso mag mmuka akong payat pero may belly fats pa din

nag search ako sabi skinny fat daw ako

HI TS! My suggestion search ka about sa less calorie intake, maraming mga workout and diet pwede kang makita. at TS if gusto mo talaga mawala yung belly fats mo try using belly trimming(ito yung cloth na nag cocompress na nilalagay sa tyan) effective ito. Good luck!
 
Kelangan talaga strict diet dyan at exercise. Sinubukan ko biking everyday without proper diet pero lalo ako nag-gain ng weight. Tapos nagswitch ako sa intermittent fasting at pushup up and after one month 5kg nabawas sa akin at nawala pa bilbil.
 
tawag jan, Sir, visceral fats, nakukuha yan pag biglang nag spike si glucose- like consumption of soft drinks, juices etc, walang chioce si body but to store it sa closest part ng intestines which is near the belly kasi too much glucose is toxic to the body it wants to get rid of it ASAP. try intermittent fasting and weight training or HIIT. search mo sa youtube mga lectures ni Dr. Jason Fung, etc

ts pa follow ng post mo diet mode narin ako, sakit sa tuhod subrang laki ang tyan.,
 
Lalakas pa pakiramdam mo pag nag IF ka specially pag ketovegetarian diet. Yun walang rice. Dati kasi lagi ako nanghihina at inaantok at foggy ang mind pero ngayon clear na isip ko pati eyesight.
