The black forest in Red Ribbon is used to be a delicious cake several years ago - even before Jollibee bought it. You can actually taste the liquor in it. Now, Black Forest doesn't taste like before anymore and it seems they omitted the liquor already. Anyway, here are some cakes that I have tasted and liked over the years:

- Mango Bravo from Contis
- Mango Bene and Sansrival from Mary Grace
- Turtle Pie from CBTL
- Marjolaine from Sugarhouse
- Fresh Berries on Valrhona Chocolate Cake from Bakedbyanita(instagram)
