Can't install mt65xx usb vcom driver

guys need help

yung phone ko kasi (blackview breeze) humihingi ng privacy protection code kaso i dont have it...
based on my readings, this can be repair through flashing of new rom(stock rom). ang problema di ko mainstall mediatek usb driver (mt65xx preloader).
lkapg connect ko si phone sa pc mag iinstall sya then suddenly the phone goes on charging even w/o battery installed causing unstable detection ng phone sa pc..

i tried all possible solution provided by google still unlucky..
