Issues that we struggled everyday.
1. Cant leave 3-way
2. Auto Pause/ Session has been pause
3. Delayed Info - yung on the line na yung kakausapin mo pero yung information niya di pa lumalabas.

Solution so far na nag minimal yung problem namin.
1. Repair Database
2. Reboot server

baka meron pa kayong solution diyan?

dun sa 3 way call pre ano ver ng vici mo?

try mo to ung v 7.0.3 namin ganto ung sira eh

1. Find the version of Asterisk running on your box by typing asterisk -rx "core show version" and copy the version number

2. Go to Admin -> Server and change the Asterisk Version to the version shown using step 1

3. Restart the entire system

Sir set up ko nguan is.. nka softphone langg zoiper ang gamit,,, pero gusto ko kase ma set up ang ip phone hard phone para sa mga account exe/ and other department/ kase ang callcenter is using a softphone zoiper.. pero dami n kase tumatawag gusto makausap nga account exe/ and other dep...

Sir anung model n gamit nyo and ask ko din regarding Avaya phone if pwede din sya..

Mga pre sino may settings ng Mondotalk d2 or sino may nakakaalam ng mondotalk.

clustered pu set up namin ..
1DB + 8 Voice servers
Using vicibox

problema ko sa net work namin. di ko ma ping yong voice servers at ayaw mag sync yong voice namin using /22 na subnet.
na ubosan kasi kami ng ip kaya from /24 nag /22 ako.
so lahat ng servers ko change ko to /22 ok naman yong DB using /22 pero yong voice ayaw eh. ano kayua ang problema?

Mga pre sino may settings ng Mondotalk d2 or sino may nakakaalam ng mondotalk.

pag naka greyed out po ba may posibilities na nawalan ng net kahit seconds lang?

Hi sir,, ask lang po... yung kasing vicidial na server ko.. bakit ang call a delay po ng 20sec,, sa AGC.. naka ready si agent pero 20sec bago pumasok ang call sa agent...

Check mo yung system load average mo baka mataas.

hindi ung sa asterisk.. login ka ssh type mo htop mkkita mo dun system load average or sa real time main report sa baba,,
