Load ave: 0.28 0.40 0.54

Pag may gumagamit ganyan ang system load mo? O idle yan?
Server specs mo? Try mo check ang system load average pag naeencounter mo ung problem..

Sir server.. single server i7 po 2.9ghz /24G Ram/ 1tb hdd raid 1...

Sir... normal po lahat ng system load ko.. kahit nsa 30incoming calls and 20 agents take calls.. normal lang po ... Ang set up po kase ganito.. wan igate / router // sa main office and accesspoit sa kabilan office .. yung sa kabila office pla ang halos n delay ng 15 to 20sec sir.. pasible bang sa firewall lang ito?

Opo sir s inbound calls sya.. halimbawa may nka que na call tapos si agent nka pause,, kapag nagready si agent 15 to 20 sec bago pumasok ang calls..

Sir nka.. openvox lang ako n gsm gateway .. 10smart... 10globe... 5 pldt sim... 5globe oubound and 4 smart outbound... Lahat nlang working ng maayos yung ping ok din nman...

Ahahah.. cge sir.. bka sa firewall lang ito nadedelay ang tawag... salamat po.. pwede po kita turuan sir.. pag meron kang unit na gsm gateway...

Hi Vicidial user here, pero i'm using Goautodial kasi its much easier to deploy. Been in the industry since 2009. Let me know if there are anything i can help.

Un lang wala akong equipment dre.. Balitaan mo kami dre kapag naayos mo ung delay

Sir bawasan na po delay ng calls ,, ang ginawa ko muna sa Next Agent Call: Random and que priority higher.. ngaun nasa 3 to 5 sec nlang pasok n call sa agent..

Have your voip configure you account for international calls or allow ang calls sa account nyo for international.

Use can check Telegate, NovaNet,Xcast and APN you can also check other telco like pldt and globe for their voip service and SIP trunk services po

ok rin yong Airespring maganda yong connect rate nila.. at mataas yong call per sec.
APN gamit namain ngayon mas mura.(automatic na yong area code CID's nila no need to input sa camp. natin.)
Maganda rin yong Perfect Network( maganda din d2 is my libring DID's sila depende cguro kong marami din yong agents nyo)

Mga mAster. Pwede ba ko huminge ng tips kasi may project dito sa work ko di ko masagot kasi di ko alam kung magkanu ang costing kapag nagsetup kame ng own call center compare sa ioutsource na lang sya sa ibang call center..8 agents lang naman need 4 sa umaga at 4 sa gabi. anu ba mga requirements to build this. Thank you
