Pwede ba ko huminge ng tips kasi may project dito sa work ko di ko masagot kasi di ko alam kung magkanu ang costing kapag nagsetup kame ng own call center compare sa ioutsource na lang sya sa ibang call center..8 agents lang naman need 4 sa umaga at 4 sa gabi. anu ba mga requirements to build this. Thank you

(This my own opinion eto po ang common/minimum setup ko)Sa dialer you can use Vicidial Free lang po to download no license needed or you can use other software. The Vicidial server min. requirements
i3 processor 2.8ghz.
8gb memory
120gb HDD
5mbps dsl connection (either static or dynamic ip address pero mas maganda kung static )
voip (sip trunk) account
for the workstations or agents pc minimum of 2 gb RAM processor with atleast 2.3 ghtz.
more likely the server may cost around 21k
workstations you can get refurbished or 2nd hand mas mura. Then sa magsetsetup it depends po kung may IT kayo na marunong magsetup walang problema. Pero kung ipapasetup po sa ibat depende na po sa magsesetup kung how much.

sino dito ang vicidial version 2.9 or nakakaexperience ng di maka leave sa 3-way conference. pindot ng pindot sa button na yun pero di talaga maka leave pero minsan nakakaleave din naman.. any advice from experts out there?

How many agents po b? what browser are they using? may error po b s cli pagnangyayri po ang issue? external transfer po b or local lang? load average po ng server?

8mbps Leasedline for dialer and 100mbps for browsing

browser: firefox
load average namin sir umaabot 4.something.
with dial level 7 and 12 kasi dalawang campaign. 6 agents yung isa tapos 19 sa isa. a total of 25 agents

or pcheck po ng /var/log/asterisk or /var/log/astguiclient. What happen after the agents logout and log back in again po? Do the issue occurred again?

pa help naman ako sa maliit na prob ko hahah nahirapan na ako eh , missing recording
meron sya sa list pag hinanap mo sa search lead pero ung mismong recording wala hhaa kht hanapin ko sa user stats wala talaga ung record

dun naman sa mismo root ewan ko bkit ayaw kumagat ng command na to ls -la | grep "2085696917"
