In this tutorial, I will show you an easiest way of rooting your Cherry Mobile 2.0
((((((((((((SHARED)))))))))))​

Requirements:
1. Your Cherry Mobile 2.0 (duh!)
2. Computer/Laptop
3. USB connector
4. Root Explorer
5. RootMaster
6. Superuser 3.1.3

Instructions:
1. Download Root Explorer. You may download it at Google Play.
2. Download Root Master.
3. Unpack and install Root Master on your PC.
4. Connect your CM Flare 2.0 on your PC or laptop using the USB connector. Install drivers of your mobile
5. Run RootMaster and press first button on first screen

6. After this click the center button on all windows
7. Your mobile is rooted - Reboot your mobile
8. Close the RootMaster
9. Install Root Explorer and delete superuser.apk
10. This release of superuser.apk is not english
11. Delete or replace your superuser.apk in /system/app
12. Unpack Superuser.apk from zip and copy to /system/app folder
13. Reply yes to replace your apk Superuser.apk
14. If you delete superuser.apk reinstall Only superuser from Zip

Here are the steps made to backup MMC Storage Disk image of Flare 2.0
(Give credits to me as I first seen the solution to this)
Follow the instructions carefully. Gawin nyo kung ano lang ang nasa TUT.
I will not be responsible if your device BRICKED using this tutorial. again. Do only what the tutorial says.​

The process is almost same with the first Flare,
as they are same QUALCOMM Technology.
I used Roadkil's DiskImage Program to backup physical disk image of MMC.

Here are the steps:​

How to backup ANDROID IMAGE PARTITION?

What you will need:

• Desktop PC or Laptop PC
• Roadkil's DiskImage Program << Download it from here
• USB Cable
• Phone Drivers << Click to download
• Cherry Mobile Flare 2.0

1. Get everything you need (PC or LAPTOP, USB Cable, Phone Drivers and your Flare 2.0)
2. Turn off your Flare 2.0
3. HOLD VOLUME UP + VOLUME DOWN + POWER for 3 - 5 secs (you can't see anything, just leave it like that)
4. Connect the cable of Flare 2.0 to your PC (Make sure you installed the drivers on your PC)

5. Open Roadkil's DiskImage (mine used version 1.60 of Roadkil's Disk Image)

6. P.S. Connect cable first before openning Roadkill to detect the "Physical Disk # (3.61GB)" in the list

7. in Roadkil, Click "Store Image" choose "Physical Disk # (3.61GB)" note: # = Physical Disk number of the disk on your PC. Make sure you choose that 3.61GB Disk.

8. Browse where to save your image file.

3. HOLD VOLUME UP + VOLUME DOWN + POWER for 3 - 5 secs (you can't see anything pero hayaan nyo lang)

4. Connect cable (Make sure you installed the drivers on your PC)

5. Open Roadkill's DiskImage (used version 1.60 working.. di ko lang alam ang ibang version)

6. P.S. Connect cable first bago buksan si Roadkill para madetect sa list

7. sa Roadkill, Click "Store Image" choose "Physical Disk # (3.61GB)" note: # = Physical Disk number yan sa PC nyo. make sure you choose that 3.61GB partition

8. Browse where to save your image file.

9. Press Start! Wait until complete.

10. Yay! Backup na ang Partition Image mo
